Glad with the service provided
The broken panel was on the ground floor so that Mark replaced it working from outside, cleared up all the debris and did a good job. Mark was polite and respectful of the recommended measure anti covid.

Lovely made to measure mirror
Lovely made to measure mirror which sits perfectly in the assigned inset space in the bathroom. Keri was super responsive and proactive with communication, the chaps who came to the house were polite and knowledgeable. I'd recommend to anyone who doesn't want to pay the ridiculously high price for a standard bathroom mirror from bathroom suppliers, much better and cheaper to have one made to fit your space perfectly

A really courteous service
A really courteous service - attentive and informed at all stages, but I do wonder if it might have been quicker? I did have to get some glass panels ordered to measure, so perhaps that’s harsh. I would use again, no doubt.

I am sorry that you feel it took too long to have your new double glazed unit fitted. Our usual lead time for thermal glass units in 7-12 working days but this has been longer since COVID and unfortunately we had just entered the second lockdown. Hopefully if we carry out any works for you in the future, things will be almost back to normal and we can get them completed quicker.

Friendly and helpful office staff and work was carried out satisfactorily on the arranged dates.
Only disappointment was that the glass was measured wrongly and had to be reordered and the operative did not stop to see if the patio door would shut after fitting the adjacent pane.

Excellent service from start to finish
Swift contact and delivery and installation. My questions on the best fittings were answered, reassuring me on safety. Mirror looks great and has really improved my cloakroom that has no windows, making it a brighter space instantly. Couldn’t ask for more, I would totally recommend Absolute Glass.
