First of all I can fully understand the…

First of all I can fully understand the NHS picking this company because of them have so little money to pay for individuals care needs and trust me I'm passionate about our NHS service and in the main the quality of service is excellent.

I beg the NHS and anyone considering using this company not to use this car particular carecompany has their care provider ever again and anyone considering using this particular company to think more than 20 times at the very least before choosing them.

I accidentally overdosed on Oxycodone which is a morphine based pain relief and two carers from Acadamy Care left me unattended and unsupervised for around 25 minutes after I accidentally overdosing on my morphine based pain relief and two carers from Acadamy care, Wakefield left me unsupervised for approxi20 minutes before it was left to my sister to clean up all the sick and and press my care link wrist button and cleaning and mopping all of my sick up and to say the least I couldn't sleep for a full 48 hours.

It was left to my 70 old sister to clean and pick and up the sick and that is just unbelievable to say the very least and and because it was my sister you have got a total battle on your hands now.

I must also point out that I've recently self discharged myself from the Prince of Wales Hospice because I was given weeks to live, but my family Will keep this particular trust pilot review updated for at least the next 40 or so years

Trust Pilot are asking for the date of my experience and the only thing I can say to that is the entire time I've been with Academy Care and reading the reviews who can blame the extremely poor and dreadful managers that I have spoken and the person responsible will be in serious trouble because it involved my sister have you got that and trust me every individual will have to wait till at least least until two minutes to 8am full stop and their task will start from there for a full 30 minutes and it will be timed with my medication and my bed made last of all.
they leave they they leave and enter will be booked booked down and possible video evidence shown and even if they change name I'm sure my friend will run me through every week.

I must point out that know one can gain entry into my home by using the Keysafe without dialing in a secret code that only your personal family know.

PS I've got video evidence of everything taken out of the washer before you to it out and that includes me first entering the kitchen and opening the washer door, but nice try anyway and trust me that is going to be played despite what you say S and that will be the first thing I show to my response I know one thing the police are phone first the police the tomorrow and every single box will need to be back in my home whilst I am video the whole event and I mean every single box and do you believe I'm totally stupid or what. I've also got the conversation I had with a person who claimed she was one of the management and let's say she said the company is not prepared to pay the cost at which now stands at quite a bit and certainly a good bit of money and rising by the day. Trust me you will not like like any of the videos I garantee but I can only play part of them for the time being.

This particular company stole items from my home without receiving on the day approval and don't worry I know who they are TJ and another particular girl both of which I'm fund of, but clearly it was a tiny little mistake that found her out and and it was a visits at my home that found her out under no circumstances should you trust them even if it means having to turn dow both down a shower and trust me someone is going to possibly be taken court for sure.

Please don't use this company we only had them for 2 weeks ,staff don't know how to do simple tasks like emptying bathing water down our toilet after asking them so many times
The staff would empty the water that had feacess in the water down our kitchen sink .
1 female carer came into our home with a male carer he told us she was a trainee would it be OK.
I agreed, This male carer just sat there not even watching the trainee carer all he was doing was looking at his phone. When I asked what are you doing you should helping to train her , his answer was I'm the head of the outfit .... with my reply which outfit would that be " the cookie crew". The next thing the male carer did was to ask if our conservatory door was always open at this point he jumped up and headed to our conservatory. I tried to catch him up when I did he was in our garden looking at my husband's pond which as koi fish .
I told him to get back and watch the trainee staff that was caring for my husband ,as got to where my husband was in bed this male carer asked why there was not any draws in our living room with my reply " the only draws you should be concerned about was the draws under my husband's bed with ie bedding , clothes and inconvenience pads in. He changed convertion to Eastenders trying to take me off what he had just said . the next day the same male & female came to care for my husband. When they entered the trainee female just plug her phone without asking the next vist I think was 2ndJanuary 2024 but can't be sure due to all the simple task they were not doing right was looking for the phone charger, told told her it was broken later that that day the same trainee came with her own charger and started to look for plug sockets , I told her no more my daughter was in the kitchen and herd me say this .when they had cleaned my husband this girl poured the water down our kitchen the toilet with soap and face cloth in it.
Thursday 4 th January 2 femals that had been to our home before & came to care for my husband they started pulling at his t shirt at both sleeves knowing husband could not move either his arm or leg on thre right side... I shouted at them if they didn't know what they were doing get out of our home .Next thing I witnessed was them dragging my husband up the bed with the head rased up by pulling him from under his arms and his night bag was dragging acrossthe floor, my husband was screaming in pain resulting in my husband being badly bruised all round his shoulders. I was
screemed at them to use slide sheet. That was the last time and date we had them in our home .This disgusting treatment towards my husband as been reported to CQC safeguarding in place macmilan and GP , Adult care abuse and district nurses Marie curie my husband is on end of life care I put a review on Academy care facbook page in resulting Academy care blocking my bad review. Is treatment to my husband is under investigation....
