During my car search, I discovered Aston, who had the exact vehicle I was seeking. The only challenge was his location on the opposite side of the country, entailing a 600-mile round trip. Despite my initial apprehension about the distance, Aston's excellent communication, including numerous requested videos, alleviated my concerns. I decided to make the journey, and upon arrival, the car was impeccably presented, having recently undergone a valet and service. The acquisition was successful, and I am now the proud owner of the vehicle.

Amazing service from Aston from start to finish. I was able to book a test drive straight away, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Aston was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping rather than pressuring. What stood out most was the speed — after the test drive, Aston had everything organised and the car ready for me to drive away within a day. Communication was clear throughout, and the handover was quick and well explained. Overall, outstanding!

Great service from Aston at AC approved. I was buying for my daughter so obviously wanted the best for her. The presale checks conducted by AC approved flagged some work required which was all completed with receipts, all within the initial agreed price. Coupled with the 3 month warranty and the great service from Aston, I definitely have peace of mind.

Outstanding service from AC Approved. From initial contact Aston went over and above and out of his way. He was so polite and respectful in all communication, quick to respond even at 8pm in the evening. As a female with little knowledge about cars I’m always a little nervous about buying from dealers as they have such a bad rep and worry I’m being ripped off. Aston was amazing in helping me find my perfect car! Went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted even when I was being so picky! I went down too see a car he was selling got approved for finance but not for this car as the mileage was slightly too high for the finance so for days on end he was searching for the perfect car for me! In the end we sorted it all out and I got the car I wanted! But honestly he went out of his way doing all this at no benefit to himself but I appreciated it all helped me out massively! So I would not hesitate at all about buying a car from ac approved again! And I’m so happy with my car😊

AC Approved are very reliable when purchasing a car, i had some age related problems with my car and they were right there ready to help when needed. They couldn’t of done anymore than what they have to support!
