Free webinar
I attended a free webinar - what's not to like?! Clear, concise and very well answered Q&A which was very helpful in itself. The Q&A as a downloadable, editable doc would be great but you can't complain for an hour of excellent, free CPD. Thanks team ACAS.
Unhelpful center
**“You should change the name from helpline to not helping ☎️❌—it really suits you. I started complaining about my employer 2½ years ago, and still I haven’t received anything from you. All this time, you’ve just been wasting people’s time and lives ⏳😔.
What’s the point of having these authorities if they don’t actually help? For telecommunications training or teaching, whenever we ask questions, no one gives a clear answer. It would be better to close this completely, because it’s not serving its purpose.
A true helpline should be helpful for people 🙏—but this isn’t.”**
Acas: The gold standard of doing absolutely nothing.
After five weeks of radio silence, my conciliator appeared out of thin air, forwarded my employer’s threats of defamation as if they were postcards from the seaside, and then wrapped it all up with a helpful: ‘If you still disagree, take it to tribunal.’
Truly inspirational. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to pay taxes for someone to act as a glorified out-of-office auto-reply, ACAS is the experience you’ve been waiting for. Five stars for commitment to mediocrity, one star because I can’t leave zero.

Well balanced bite sized webinar
A clear, precise and practical training webinar that I found easy to follow and well paced.
I would recommend ACAS training to refresh on processes/procedures even if one is an experienced HR professional like myself.
Good disciplinary & investigation webinar
Clear, concise information. Good examples. Great real-life questions are being answered in the Q&A section.
My only request would be that the Q&A section be made available for download after. It's so useful to go through real-life scenarios, questions, and answers.
Such a reliable source of information
Such a reliable source of information. Really enjoy the webinars too - very professional.
Webinar: Introduction to the investigation process
I found the webinar, pre- and post event communications very helpful and insightful. The content was well structured and the case studies help understand real lide situations. I also appreciated that advisors promptly answered questions from participants during the event. The only suggestions are that moderators could speak a bit slower, and the Q&As could be shared after the event as it's a bit challenging to follow the speakers and go through the questions at the same time :) All in all it was a great and educational experience and I look forward to upcoming events. Thank you ACAS!

it was such a nice experience on the last free webinar last week and yesterday. I have learnt a lot on this matters, specially if we are law students and worker, where your employment rights are diminished by employer' interest business, so here, there is a powerful tool to defend your rights as a worker. Thanks ACAS for letting people to be involved in this project 🙏
