Updating Contact Preference order in our DD Website
The order of contact preference on our DD website needed changing. We raised a ticket and Zoltan Dukai responded fairly quickly, asking to confirm answers to some data protection questions? Once I did, he came back withing mns to confirm all was done, which allowed us to get on with our work without having to chase.

Sam Potter is our Account Manager and does a sterling job in keeping in contact with me regarding upgrades, issues and queries etc. He usually responds with 24 hours and is very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to the next 6 months and working with Sam and the implementation team on upgrading to the cloud based income management software.

Just over 5 years ago we started our relationship with Access PaySuite.
After setting up a new product and finding the experience refreshingly easy in comparison to others - when we were given a short termination deadline by another provider we migrated our entire Direct Debit management to EazyCollect! Then we migrated our entire User Management system from one provider to another which required reconnection to all our Payment systems... and then migrated it all again from the then EazyCollect systems to the current ECM3!
The team helped us move a complex solution multiple times and made us feel like a VIP customer at every step each time. Daunting time constricted tasks that sometimes took months to complete were made a much less stressful experience knowing we were switching with a team of experts each of them with wide knowledge of their own suite of products, technical understanding of each and it's relationship to BACs, understanding the financial constraints of a company in the Gaming industry and each with the ability to provide a great customer service at all times.
For as long as I can remember Mel Sutherland, our current Customer Success Manager, has been supporting us. She was on our onboarding calls, was available at times for daily sprint-like calls during large projects, always has a positive outlook even when we are proposing crazy plans and is always just a message away!
We have quarterly scheduled reviews but I almost always need to reach out to her in-between and I think she enjoys the challanges we constantlty present!
Over the years so many of the team have interacted with us but I would also like to mention Joe Carr who, when things start getting a little overly Technical, is always happy to jump in and help steer us.

Fantasic Service
I am starting a new online app that I needed a payment provider to work with. Gerald Evans at Access PaySuite has been fantastic, they created a sandbox we could test while developing the app and to use for testing. Worked with my developers to get everything in place. The app is taking much longer than anticipated yet they have been very patient and catch up with me regularly to see where the app is at but not to the point I feel harassed. Would definitely recommend them.

DDCMS Becca Clark and Eloise Bright
Becca Clark and Eloise Bright (Access Pay Suite) worked with teams at both Watford Borough Council (WBC) and Three Rivers District Council (TRDC) to transition both authorities from legacy direct debit systems onto Access Pay Suite managed direct debit platform DDCMS.
Access Pay Suite worked with both Councils to migrate their Garden Waste schemes of circa 11k (WBC) and circa 22k (TRDC) annual direct debits, as well as circa 900 TRDC Garage direct debits.
This involved:
*assistance on setting up new SUNs
*assistance with bulk transfer applications of direct debits from old SUNs.
*submission of all AUDDIS files through the BACS scheme to facilitate migration
*assistance with required BACS correspondence
*migrating the data from old platforms to new platform
*assistance with API and GUID integration
*training for end users
*post go live enquiries and support
The Team here are particularly impressed with Becca Clark and Eloise Bright. Both extremely professional and we found their planning and delivery methods reassuring. Their awareness of all things direct debit related particularly impressed us. The projects were delivered with precision and have resulted in both authorities achieving efficiencies in the collection of direct debits.
