I was involved in a road traffic accident just over 2 years ago. I was unaware of the 3 year time limit on Personal Injury Claims until I came across some info about claiming on a website. I was a little dubious about claiming, as my injuries were really quite minor; just some typical neck and shoulder pain, and some lower back pain. Nevertheless I contacted Accidents Direct to see if it was worth making a claim and was told that it was. They guided me through the process and put me in touch with a firm of solicitors who took on my case. In due course I received a cheque for £3900 which was much more than I was expecting. Well worth the time and effort to explore the possibilities of what was on offer.
