Awful. Conveyancing drafting was shocking. Rude. Nicola was a nightmare.
We employed Nicola to do the conveyancing on a house and annex on which we'd split the titles and sold them to two buyers. Nicola was brilliant the whole way through, she responded immediately to any querie and at no time held the process up by not responding to me or the buyer’s solicitors. I will definitely use her again and will be recommending her to anyone who asks me. I've bought and sold more than my fair share of properties over my life and Nicola is the best solicitor ive had.
