We are very disappointed on the 1-star review as we are still actively working on your file! Due to the accident circumstances your claim is being disputed by the third-party insurance company, therefore the credit repair company garage can only authorize repairs once liability has been confirmed.
The delay has been due to the insurance company not taking calls and only communication via email. Your file has been chased up on a regular basis but their reply was always the witness statement was yet to be reviewed.
Today they replied back to say that they believed your accident is 50/50 split in liability and the witness statement not supporting you fully.
You have today now supplied further supporting evidence which we have forwarded on. We are now in the process of having the file re-opened and have asked a senior member of staff of the credit repair company to review your case which we have explained to you, to which you replied, ‘I know your just doing your job’.
Hopefully we can get your case resolved but please bear in mind we have been working tirelessly on your file and are fully supportive of your situation, however insurance companies are not the easiest to deal with at times and if they refuse to admit full liability then we have limited options.

I had accident which wasn’t my fault and I didn’t know what to do at all . My friend told me about accident specialists and they took everything on board. I didn’t have to do much , they arrange car for me and fixed my one in less than 6 weeks( looks like new) . They give me a lots of supports and keep me in touch all the time . Very friendly team .
