Accountable makes everything simple and for a fair price!

This app changed my life! I am very grateful and also the UX design is great (I am a designer myself). Premium is very worth it and customer support is very good. So recommended!!!

best service ever! I just hope they will add functions for business owners that have more than one gewerbe to allow income tax submissions for more than just one gewerbe. Otherwise it is still perfect and their support/ tax coaches are incredibly friendly and helpful and they deserve the world. They have helped me a lot! worth every penny I swear!

The product is easy to use, and there is always a nice answer on the Chat if I have a problem (and it's not an AI bot!!!!)

I had a good experience overall - it took my tax filing anxiety away. I like the beautiful interface - it's mostly intuitive although sometimes I could not find some of the very obvious functionalities like showing all the quarters and types of tax payments for the whole year. In this case, the support center would help me find them - it was a simple toggle "show all" that somehow wasn't clear to me. The advisors are also pretty good at communication and are pretty fast to respond. I will keep using this tool.

I had lexoffice before and on the recommendation of a friend I made the switch. In Accountable a lot of things are explained and made easier to understand

I could not operate my business without this app. I would recommend it every single time. I just hope that they don't go crazy with the subscription prices and they keep it this way. The app works perfectly and I handle all my invoices and tax returns. It is so good that I have to write a positive review.

To be honest, I don’t always know what I’m doing. That’s why it is comforting to have the Accountable service there to advise me and keep me legal. Their team are not only competent but patient. They advise and take time to listen to me. I wish I’d had access to Accountable years ago.

I'm an expat in Germany, been here for three years. I was using another service for the first two, Sorted, and their system is super clunky, and "customer service" will generally give you the same answer to any question: "oh, sorry, we can't answer that, you have to hire an accountant". This year, I decided I'd had enough, and looked into Accountable, which had been among my top choices at the time. Man, what a difference. They're EXTREMELY helpful, will answer any and all questions I have until the issue is resolved. Their software is much more flexible, and much more helpful for those of us who are still familiarizing ourselves with the new tax system. I like them so much that even though I'm working with another accountant who can file my US taxes as well (which neither Accountable or Sorted do as far as I'm aware), I'm still keeping my Accountable subscription.
