Super support, the interface is easily and friendly. I mostly use desktop and so far am loving everything, particularly the ease of use. also love that my banks integrate into Accountable, so it's super easy to track everything in one place. Just started using the invoice feature, and it's really advanced and very professional looking.

I started using it today. Enjoying the free version and so far all smooth. I will use the free version for a while and then will switch to the paid version. But so far all very smooth and convenient...

The Accountable team has created an incredibly well-designed platform and has the most amazing customer support. I have learned more from their support team (at no additional cost beyond my subscription) regarding German tax rules and processes than I ever did in three years of paying a Steuerberater way too much. For the first time in five years, I feel confident that I am doing everything right as a freelancer in Germany. Their team even helped me draft a letter (in German) to petition the Finanzamt to lower my quarterly payments due to a major change in income from one year to the next, and after a few unsuccessful attempts on my own, their letter did the trick and got me the outcome I so desperately needed! The app also includes fun little dog illustrations and messages of encouragement when adding expenses to the system that make doing tax work a lot less stressful, and dare I say even a little fun (even though the Finanzamt continues adding more stress), and I am so incredibly grateful for that! I wish more companies treated their customers as well as Accountable. The world would be a much better place for it.
