the tv that was advertised on ebay stated full HD so i purchased it then found out it was only HD ready and needed a external tuner i sent it back but caused me a lot of trouble, that was about 4 days ago and has still not been amended

Bought a Cello tv which is excellent
Bought a Cello tv which is excellent. The price was half that of caravan tv's advertised. I contacted the seller about getting spare rechargeable batteries, they don't sell them but the responded to my question almost immediately and gave me the number of the manufacturer. Impressed with their customer service and quality of product.

Excellent customer service and great product 32inch reflection
I bought a 32inch reflection for use in our narrowboat. It wasnt working when we turned it on. Returned that week and the customer service was excellent. Once acdctv received the tv one was sent out the following day.
The new tv is fitted and in excellent working order. Thank you acdctv for your excellent service
