I bought a motorcycle phone charger but it stopped working after a couple of weeks, spoke to customer services and got a replacement by 10am the next day, maybe I was just unlucky that I got a bad one but time will tell but cant fault the service

You know if a company is on the ball when they have to deal with a problem. My purchase arrived damaged by the courier, and ACDCTV had it picked up and replaced within 48 hours.

I like there product very much. A TV dvd mini player that will use a very small amount of power from your vehicle battery being 12v 12 watts. 12 watts is a very low consumption so you won't need to worry about your car battery going to low. Item comes out of the box in German settings which can be changed to your local language in setting. User manual come in German and English. Once you have language setup it's straight forward on its use.item has its own built in rechargeable battery. Not sure how long that would last as have only used item powered by 12v car battery so far.

No problem except Parcel Force delivered a day EARLIER than quoted, so nobody was at home. Arrived OK on the stated day. TV worked fine in my motorhome (on both mains and 12-volt), very easy to set up.

The TV arrived very quickly , Unfortunately the screen was quite badly cracked , I let the company know and within the hour I had received a return label , To cut a short story even shorter the whole process from original order to receiving the replacement TV took under a week , really excellent service .
Incidentally the TV is absolutely fine and good value for money .

Brilliant service and a superb set. However the bracket I also bought does need a bit of an adjustment with a hacksaw but this isn’t a major problem.All in all I’m very happy with my purchase.

Ordered to late for next day delivery but got it the following day service excellent used it in caravan the same day very easy to setup picture quality was spot on very happy with television would recommend to anyone thanks
