Had a great time coming into the Leeds store picking out new glasses with the help of the staff! A fast turn around and not had an issue during this time. Staff were nothing but friendly and helped me pick out the right pairs!

The best frame designs in Leeds
I have recently visited Ace and Tate Leeds Store. The customer service experience is outstanding there. Particularly Alina and Rochelle helped me choosing the right frame as well as deciding which lens are suitable for me. The optometrist also recommended taking eye drops and get regularly tech brakes since I spend many hours in front of screens . Last,the staff is really friendly and they are always willing to help.I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Lovely experience at the Leeds store
Wanted to leave a review(which I never do), because I had such an amazing experience at the Leeds store couple weeks ago. I came in for glasses and lovely lady called Alina helped me find the right shape of frames which I really struggle with. Useless prescription glasses - can't see
After 2 eyes tests at the shop to make sure, the glasses correction is not right, my eyes get tired after 2 hours of use and my head hurts. I had to test them for longer than 30 days to make sure it was the glasses correction, so Ace & Tate won't replace nor refund them - very disappointing, 270 euros glasses in the trash bin and some expensive headaches

Bristol branch - Great place for new glasses
I'm fairly new to wearing glasses, but so far I can't see any wear on them, great quality and sleek designs, I really like them. When it comes to service, I had an excellent sight test with a very knowledged optometrist and the shop assistants were really helpful in helping me pick a style that I liked and that suited me. This was at the Bristol branch in the UK

Great customer service
I have been going to Ace & Tate for over 2 years not, every time I’m greeted with such lovely welcoming staff. Kyla supported me end to end from solving an issue I was slightly worried about with my vision to helping me find the best suited glasses with 0 pressure. Absolutely would recommend anyone in the Bristol area! I have tried other glasses stores on Park Street and they don’t compare!
