My favorite company to order from!

I’ve ordered from AceCosm several times now and every experience has been excellent. Shipping is always super fast, everything arrives well packaged, and the customer service team is incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I have questions. Their products have consistently been high quality and exactly as described. I really appreciate how reliable and professional they are compared to other companies I’ve tried. Definitely one of my favorite places to order from and I’ll continue purchasing again in the future!

Acecosm is such a phenomenal company!

Acecosm is such a phenomenal company!! Their Customer Service department goes out of their way to help fix any issues I’ve ever had, which has been only one issue!! Shipping is amazing as well. I live in the United States, in Virginia, and I’ve always received my package within 4 or 5 days or less. My most recent order was placed on Monday, and I received the package on Friday of the same week. Like I said, Phenomenal!!!

Sold out before it even started !

The sale begins at 5 PM, and by 5:15 PM most items are already out of stock.
It appears that many doctors use this sale to stock up for the year,
leaving little available for non-professional customers.
What is the purpose of holding a sale under these conditions?
Even basic items like saline solution and lidocaine are unavailable.

We always do our best to prepare and stock inventory ahead of major promotions, but demand during these events can sometimes be much higher than expected and difficult to predict. As a result, certain popular items may sell out quickly.

We would also like to clarify that our saline solution was not sold out during the sale, although it is possible that some lidocaine products became unavailable due to high demand.

I had a problem with a couple of…

I had a problem with a couple of threads. Acecosom were quick to email me back and get it sorted. I also love the fast service on delivery. I live in NewZealand and the parcel arrives within a week. The delivery service is just outstanding.
