Truly a God awful nightmare

Truly a God awful nightmare! I can't even change my disabled friends account that was being robbed each month, his entire monthly disability check. Every single time we try to use his card, it's mistakenly considered fraud and we have to get another card. I don't recommend usimg the Ace Flare card or account.

I had an extremely concerning…

I had an extremely concerning experience with this company’s customer service and card management practices. Agents restricted my card and reported it lost or stolen without my consent, despite repeated instructions not to deactivate the card and clarification that the card in question was not the one I was calling about.
Additionally, a replacement card was issued and mailed without my authorization or confirmation of the shipping address. When I requested the address used, the representatives refused to provide that information while still demanding account verification, which is unacceptable from a security and transparency standpoint.
Customer service was consistently difficult and unprofessional. Calls were disconnected when requesting a supervisor, agents falsely claimed to be transferring calls, and issues required multiple calls over 6x and long wait times to resolve if lucky. In some cases, I was placed on extended holds more than 3x or unable to reach an agent after requesting management assistance.
Overall, I strongly caution others to be aware of these practices, as they pose serious risks to account access, card security, stress, no accessibility help m, no listen skills and customer trust.

Stay away from this fraudulent D - worst unethical group of “Boiler Room” who are frauding us consumers with their worthless products and complete” scam speech” of empty promises and lies and once we fell for it, they disappeared and it’s impossible to talk to any live person at all !!!!!they give you emails if “you need to reach them…” , yeah right?!?! good luck with that as they mostly “ “Fly- by - Night operations “with a one-way communication meaning if we send an email , they will answer us back like “ we are sorry but we cannot identify you, therefore we are sorry, but your account is suspended !!!!after we load thousands and thousands of dollars on there prepaid bogus Flare account debit prepaid Visa card…..the worst , worst , worst , worst , company there is !!!! They will nake promises and lies to us so we join there scammed scheme and BOOM !! Good luck!!!!! your money will be gone!!!! just like the company and their dishonest staffs who are NOT in USA which is another issue because it’s almost like they Flare want them not to speak English or speak barely so they can lose us really rapidly to their scheme and their plots there all about. I will to go to every single entity that I can , to let people know about this company, they put me through hell and I almost ended up at the ER because I thought I lost the thousands of dollars that I load on their cards (and in four days) only, they was telling me that they couldn’t talk to me because they could identify me after I cashed a multiple thousands of dollar check ….not to mention that I sent about 15 proof of documentations that they requested from me , and every single piece of documentation that I provided to them was absolutely above and beyond recommended. There was all written on their email. It was like perfect. I don’t think nobody ever submitted so many documents and every single one of them that I provided, I receive an email , that I could not reply to ever or call anybody whatsoever either stating” we are sorry, but we cannot identify you , so we are suspending your cards?!??These people must to be stopped immediately before something real bad happened like; I feel bad for the young people or the elderly , they have no chance at all !!!!! because it took me like hours and hours and hours of digging on the internet and read fine prints pages and pages of contracts to found a loophole somewhere and fall into the cracks to get a little tiny Hope , that I could reach somebody not from flare but from visa or ace check cashing and thank God for that wonderful corporate lady named Joanna because she saved my money and my heart and my sanity for sure ; without her , I would have been completely destitute !!!!please pass the word , because I know that I will. Please do not get involved with them or you will not get your money back. I’m telling you ; I got a miracle from God as I was on my knees and completely in a state of shock and despair and , I don’t want nobody to experience what I felt that day . It’s the worst feeling there is when you put your money in the cards and then all of a sudden, in less then four days , you cannot access to your money and that’s all you have in your life. What a heart attack waiting to happen. I tell you , thank you God that it’s over and I’m good , hallelujah.

I am seeking legal assistance regarding a serious issue with this bank Pathward! Netspend, Aceflare.
My checking account has been blocked without any notice from my bank and the courts. I lived at Cheverly Crossing nearly 20 years ago and haven’t had no contact with them since.
I was never notified of any court case, and this matter does not appear on my credit report. My bank recently informed me that my account was restricted due to a court order, but I have not received any notice for this many years. How can a complex garnish my bank or even try my job! What happens to collections, letters something. I ask my bank to email me the notice that was sent to them for them to block my account and their response was —for security reasons we can’t give you any details just call the number that was left! I can’t believe I been with them this long ti be treated like this. I can’t eat, put gas in my car to work, or pay my bills!

If you plan on traveling DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I have told them multiple times im traveling, but they so worried about payouts for fraud they dont care enough about their customers. I will be switching bank providers, absolute trash.

Recently I purchased a rental car…

Recently I purchased a rental car through enterprise much to my surprise that the bank authorizes a hold on your card when you reserve a rental. Had I known that I would never have used this card. There is no communication on this and most of the employees are unaware of this too and blamed the additional 125 that was placed on my account by them. The bank takes15% of rental and hotels purchases fyi so don’t use this card. I am disappointed in the lack of communication and they hung up on me 4 times trying to get answers on this charge. Also they don’t refund the money when you return the rental Ike they say they will they have up to 30 days to put the money back overall a horrible experience and even worse customer service

MY FLATE ACCOUNT IS BULLSHIT. I have two deposit each week coming up to 8 hundred to a thousand dollors a Week if I spend a dollor over they charge me $20. I rack up over $200 in over draft fees and been a loyal customer for 3 year. Now you tell me make it make sense, It's High way robbery with out a gun, on top of they charge you a fee plus the ATM. Help me make sense of this bullshit then charge you a monthly fee, they get rich you stay broke, I thought they supposed to make banking easier. I
mile well deal with other third party cards, I will come out better, Why give over draft fee if your link to my deposit, Make it make sense, Im letting people know do not sign up for this card it's bullshit

I've been with them for almost 10yrs…

I've been with them for almost 10yrs now and have had 3 separate jobs during this time. Each and every time my payday comes, I always get it at random after hours times. I used to get paid around 7am, then it switched to 2pm, mainly around 6pm, then a few times around 7
or 8pm, or my favorite time, close to 11pm. I've complained about it several times but they always blame it on my jobs saying it depends on when they put payroll in before they can release it. I get that but for 9yrs, 3 different employers all say it's Ace! They keep changing the overdraft rules; went from $10 to $15 and now it's $20 per overdraft and they don't give you time to make a deposit(24hrs), they add the $20 to each overdraft, I think they charge the $5 monthly fee twice a month and even if I can't overdraft, they let other payments come out of my account even after I reached the alleged overdraft limit. Used to be able to overdraft $400, now it's $250. This shit is so frustrating; will hopefully find a new bank soon!!

WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

I had Ace flare card for almost 10 years I would receive multiple deposits to this account daily. One day my card started to receive fraud alerts when I would use the card! Almost any store I went in they would just lock my account lock me out of my account. I would be stuck embarrassed in the store because my money that I worked for didn’t go through, I called to ask them about this what do you know? A 1-2 hr wait to speak with people that aren’t American!!! And give you the run around. They verified my identity twice! And still threatened to close my account down. This is all because the employees there see what’s in your account and want to steal your money so they make up any reason to close your account so the money that is already on its way to your account they KEEP! They will say I’ll send you a check you won’t get it!!!! I closed my account this pass week there will be no more deposits coming to that account ever they are scammers that hide in a call center. Do yourself a favor and NEVER bank with them no matter what go to chime first

There were fraudulant charges on my…

There were fraudulant charges on my card I didn't know anything about. Every day I called and called to talk to a supervisor and was put on hold for three to four hours and never talked with a supervisor as yet. At the end of their investigation they ruled in favor the scammer/thief and said the charges were ligit. I can't walk and only use the Siegal Select ATM at my hotel. So how am I going anywhere to do all these transactions. One transaction was a withdrawel from Bank of America. There is no bank of America in my area. I don't know where one is and can't walk and can't drive. They took all of my SSI check and now I can't pay my rent. I'm old and have a lot of disibilities so I could not have done these transactions. They should stand by a customer like me who has been with them for many years and take up for us and believe in us. I lived on the streets before and was raped three times. Now I'll have to go live on the streets and get raped. I don't even get provisional pay. They took up for the thief/scammer. Also I was in the hospital all of last months, how did I do all these transactions?

Do not trust these company I only use…

Do not trust these people I only use them when my bank account was closed due to lack of in activity. I use them for almost two years because I had no other option. I planed a trip on Amtrak surprisingly the company that called me was not Amtrak. It was another company. E ticket company I’d given them that information. I told Flare Amtrak has bill me separately fear something wrong. They claim they did an investigation and it was valid. It was a scam. I had money in my account and I was told to took my money out because they were going to take the money back $350. I waited until I got another account. I made a purchase on Amazon with my new card on file. I closed my account with them to this day they claim I owe them 100 and dollars. I previously did my taxes and was expecting a refund to go to that account. I get a call from a lady thanking me for being with them and wanting to know why did I leave? then finally the truth came out she wanted me to reactivate my account so she could get the money she claimed I owed. I refused. They can take money out of your Apple account if they think they claim you owe them so beware. my preferences stay clear of places like this do not set up an account with this company!!!. I’m sure they put it on my credit, because they did not pay Amazon would not have taken a double payment so they’re liars. An crooks

The fee's are crazy

It was good at first but the fee's are getting out of hand they charge you 3.00 every time you tranfer money to cash app when at first it was free that's more than cash app charges to trafer money into your Ace Flare account. I will be leaving them cause times are hard I need all my money.

Not worth the time

I had my account hacked the first time, I disputed, I received my funds a month later. The next time my account was compromised, no money was taking, my debit card was cancelled. The third time my account was compromised, I informed ACE, I believe it was someone who worked at ACE, they closed my account, I found out when I attempt to log on.

I have used ace for years

I have used ace for years. My card was stolen and I reported it to them and police. My check was deposited and 2 hours later I get a message to call them. I call they say my account has been closed due to suspicious activity. I asked about my 1800 that was deposited was told I would get a check in 10 days, call them 2 weeks later for them to say nothing has been processed and no refund check has been issued wait another 10 days. Asked for a corporate number they say they don't have one, asked for a supervisor told they don't have one. I just want my money back.
