Security breaches are making front-page news on a regular basis, causing consumers to be hesitant about using their credit cards for online shopping. I myself have been victimized! I was told in response to your customer concerns about fraud, you are now offering card issuers virtual debit cards for our protection during online shopping and bill payments. I was told by your Agent; after my Virtual Card was compromised that in order to prevent my Card being compromised...I should close virtual card after each use!! However, I am again open to fraud by using my main card because you have made virtual cards inactive. Why?
In addition, your reply message to me on today 10/30/20... Was that you understand that I have a complaint about a dispute concerning my card? I was advised also to write you a letter explaining my complaint!
Why? It's all explained here!! It's starting look weird! Plus, after my virtual card was previously compromised...I followed through with what you asked me to do in order to dispute the $89... I was given a temporary refund... However, I'm still waiting for the $20 over draft fee that it caused to be refunded...
