I've used this company a lot since moving into my new flat. Very pleased.

Turned up quickly , friendly staff and reasonably priced

I have had excellent service from ACE Energy, from the moment I first contacted the firm. Both Hugo the electrician and the plumber did great work. They were prompt, efficient and did an excellent job. The contact with the firm confirming times of arrival, quotes and invoices is excellent, and if there's a problem there is someone available in the office up until 22:00 each. In the future will definitely contact ACE with any electrical, plumbing or heating problems I may have. Many thanks indeed.

Both Jack and Liam were really helpful, friendly and worked well. Jack spotted the problems and then Liam did a great job at installing the new boiler. I am really pleased with the service received by Ace Energy and will use them again if needed.

As usual the engineer arrived on time, was friendly and very efficient. I like Ace because they service and/or fix the boiler without trying to sell you a new one. Have used them for 4 years and will continue to do so.

I booked an appointment for a boiler service through the easy to use on line booking service. The engineer arrived at the booked time, was polite and, having visited to carry out previous services, was able to get on with the service efficiently, leaving no mess.

The Company responded very quickly to my electrical emergency at short notice. I had lost all electricity to the kitchen and they sent an electrician within 4 hours. Bev was very personable and worked efficiently to identify the cause. She isolated the defect and restored power to my kitchen. I would use this company again without hesitation

Fantastic customer service. I only had a small task to fix a broken socket, but the office was able to get someone out to me the same day. Bev arrived & carried out the job very professionally in a friendly efficient manner.

The Engineer from Ace Energy was punctual, polite and did an excellent job installing my new panel heater.

Ashley did the work. Fast, expert, very neat, minimum work to do afterwards although he had to cut part of the wall down.

Received text message on expected time of arrival explained all electrical work that needed to be done. Very pleased with Bev’s work, neat job and very efficient. Will be using in the future.

They fixed a leak. But they refitted the broken tiles with silicone sealant. After a complaint they pulled the tiles up back up. I have had to spent hours removing most of the excess sealant. I have also found that the floorboards were loose underneath sitting on bent over screws. Total bodge.
Not making good is fine, but doing a poor bodge causes extra work.

Ace came and quoted for putting in a new Worcester boiler very quickly. Their quote was very competitive and they were able to do the work almost the next day.
Liam did a brilliant job of flushing through the old system and installing the new boiler. He was friendly, professional, efficient and tidy. He explained how the new controls worked in a very easy to follow way.
All round, an excellent experience and we are delighted we chose Ace.
