Great store: great products at good prices & excellent service
I was looking to buy a birding scope & Ian went above & beyond in his professionalism & courtesy. He allowed me to see & try (they have a really useful view out of their open rear window) a variety of used scopes (all of which were of excellent quality & good price). The ONLY reason I did not buy there & then is that I had to go & "re-negotiate" with my wife.
He was also very patient, informative offered much helpful advice, thank you so much.
Not a negative in the slightest but just be aware street parking in Bath is not always easy & their Belmont store (in Lansdown Road) does not have a "normal" shopfront.
