ACE poor service continued

ACE contacted me but continues to refuse to give me the information I need. They now say that they add in labour costs to the cost of their batteries, but refuse to give an itemised invoice to say what the labour cost is in addition to battery cost. And the batteries specified on the invoice are non existent Energise ENLITHA. Numerous reputable battery supliers have told me this battery does not exist. The labour time they have given me varies from the infomation the engineeer supplied.

Do not touch these cowboys

Do not touch these cowboys. We left our premises and cancelled so didn't renew our contract but they continued to take DD payments. We have contacted them many times to resolve this but after a couple of months they are still looking into it. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service -poor service I have received from Ace Fire and Security over the past few weeks. On 6/9/19 I booked an engineer to come out for the annual maintenance on our home security system. This was booked for sometime in the morning and at 11.45am Ace Fire & Security customer service promised the engineer would an hour or so as coming over from Slough but by 2pm when I had to go out. The engineer had not arrived by 2.30 so I went out.

Today an engineer booked to do the annual maintenance. When I booked I was told to be in from 1-3pm. When I called to check on the arrival time at 2pm I was told it was not booked for today (19/9/19) but booked for October 4th. When I queried this I was told there was no need for a visit anyway as the system check could be done remotely.

Silence

I contacted them the week before last and a nice lady answered the phone quick enough. They booked a surveyor to visit us, sent an email confirmation, and the guy turned up on time and was as keen as a keen thing to sort out what we wanted. He discussed what we wanted, looked around, made notes and explained his product and how it would work for us and promised us a price by end of week (3 days later). It was brilliant up to that point. I haven't heard a word from them since. No price, no emails, no phone calls, nothing.

Service is second to none

I have had a few problems with equipment, but the service from Ace was fantastic. They probably hate me for keep contacting them with small issues, but they always have been brilliant and came out to see me ASAP.

I would use them again and again

ACE by name

Had a house alarm fitted just before xmas and the installer from ACE was excellent. Did a good job and tidied up after he was done.

Excellent would recommend Ace

I had Ace Fire & Security install a burglar alarm and CCTV system to my home. The service was excellent and follow up from the customer service team was great. Thank you.
