This time (as usual) and about 100…
This time (as usual) and about 100 times the alarm will not set - we make another appointment for Chubb to come and set it again and get charged - we then have to contest the charge!
This situation has to stop - as I say Chubb come out and fix the alarm and after a little while (length of time that it will not set changes) - it cannot be the battery all the time

Excellent service as usual
Technician phoned beforehand to tell me he was on his way to perform annual maintenance of my alarm system (within the prearranged time slot). As usual he was friendly, professional, thorough and competent. I particularly like the fact that for several years now I have had the same technician visiting me to perform work on my system.

Engineer was great
Engineer was great, but I’ve been charged over £500 for work which should be covered by warranty. Reaching out to your customer service team and going through Endless different operators makes the entire process a total nightmare.
