I’ve traveled with my students several times using ACIS Educational Tours, and every trip has been amazing! They’re super organized and really pay attention to every detail, which makes a huge difference when you’re traveling with a group of teenagers.
The tour managers have consistently gone above and beyond for our students, making sure everyone feels safe, engaged, and excited about every part of the journey. The hotels are always comfortable and centrally located, making it easier to explore each destination.
Every time we visit major tourist sites, we truly feel like VIPs thanks to ACIS’s excellent planning and connections. Traveling with them gives me total peace of mind as a teacher, knowing my students are getting a high-quality, memorable, and enriching experience.

ACIS is an amazing company because all of their employees personally care about the teacher leaders and students who travel. They are always in contact and making sure everything goes well. They plan the best itineraries and ensure hotels are centrally located. The restaurants are also wonderful. They make sure every food need is taken cared of and provide local delicacies along the way. I have traveled with ACIS since 1987 and looking forward to our trip next year. All of my participants, young and old, enjoy the trips, amenities and food.

My son went to France and Switzerland with a group of students and teachers from his school and has raved about everything he experienced. He is a teenager who does not talk much, so I am writing to thank you for his experience and for sparking enthusiasm to share what he did and saw while he was on his ACIS trip.

His last flight home to Ohio was canceled and Delta and ACIS both went above and beyond to make sure that the students and chaperones were safe and well cared for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did to make this trip unforgettable and safe.

My daughter had an amazing time in Paris, Rome and Madrid. As a vegan/plant-based, she was able to find food for all her meals, with the help of her tour guide, Sonia. Thank you, ACIS, for giving my daughter an unforgettable experience!

Accommodations were great, food was yummy, and the schedule felt busy but not too busy. Highlights: Playing Camouflage in the Ardennes Forest, trying not to get soaking wet on the Eiffel Tower, and being blown off by the high winds (kids loved it), salt mines were a fan favorite too! So many great memories!

I recently came back from a trip to the Galapagos Islands with 21 students and a number of chaperones. The trip was an AMAZING experience for my students. Within one day after we returned home, I received an email from a parent stating the trip was a LIFE-CHANGING experience for her daughter. I worked with ACIS to create a customized itinerary for the trip. The two ACIS Tour Managers in the Galapagos Island commented to me that they NEVER saw such a unique itinerary...This was all thanks to ACIS!

Just met the amazing, kind, gracious, conscientious and meticulous staff behind the scenes of all of the fantasitc trips. The Global Conference is such a wonderful way to connect to the people who care so much about us (the teachers) and the students who travel. The Conference (in case you don't know) is an all inclusive weekend in Barcelona earned when you have certain numbers of travelers. It is the BEST incentive. Sell those trips so you too can attend!

Educators are truly appreciated by the ACIS. When I arrived at the Global Conference for ACIS Trip Leaders in Marrakech, Morocco, the itinerary was spectacular, the dishes were divine, and our local tour guide Chama was second to none! Thank you ACIS!

The Tour Managers were knowledgeable, personable, and so approachable. The hotels and food were very good! The tour activities were also great - part relaxing, part educational, part adventurous! It was truly a great trip that I will always remember, not just for the activities and sightseeing, but for the way I was treated and how well it was organized. I especially loved that I didn't even have to think about how or when to get myself to the airport for departure -- every detail was taken care of!!

I have traveled as a group leader for almost 20 years with ACIS, and their service is beyond exceptional. We have had all manner of issues on trips that are no one's fault - lost passports, sick students, chaperones who need doctors, delayed flights, missed connections, a global pandemic - and each and every time, ACIS not only had a solution, but came up with a way to make the trip more enjoyable. On one of our last trips, we missed a connecting flight in Boston (took off late from Rome because of plane issues) and ended up being stranded for full 24 hours in Boston. Not only did ACIS put our entire group up in a top notch hotel, they arranged food for several meals, a water taxi to take us into the city, and sent a tour guide to escort my students to the St. Patrick's Day parade that just happened to be the one day we were "stuck" in Boston. My students returned to school telling everyone how they went to Boston and Italy for spring break. There is no one I'd trust more than ACIS with my students.

While a bit more expensive than other travel companies, ACIS is exceptional in the quality of service and tours that they offer. As an AP World History and AP European History teacher, I have traveled with both Passports and EF, both of which were far from enjoyable experiences, before trying ACIS, and the difference in quality was readily apparent. Our tour manager, Luiza, works part-time for the UN, so she was an incredibly fascinating guide for myself and my students through Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic. She was also always on top of things, and was able and willing to accommodate our special requests, especially when they enhanced the experience of the trip for my students. Every tour guide we had was not only knowledgeable and passionate about their cities, but typically worked in the field either as a professional or as a graduate student, which provide an extra layer of authenticity and scholarship. The tour flawlessly balanced excursions with free time so students got to spend additional time exploring the culture of the cities that we were visiting. On that note, we ate every night at authentic local restaurants, not chains as I had done with the other tour companies. It was by far the best educational trip that I have every been on, and I have already booked trips for 2026 (Italy) and am working on putting together a trip to Turkey in 2027. I would highly encourage every teacher to go with ACIS - it will be an enriching and enlightening experience for your students, allowing them to get up close and personal with a lot of the things that you likely discuss in your courses.

ACIS continues to provide excellent service year in and year out. The quality of our experience, from the obvious to the finer details, makes for an amazing learning adventure for my students. I've traveled with ACIS across Europe and will continue to do so. Whether you know exactly what you want to do or you need assistance in creating a trip, ACIS will be with you every step of the way.

I love planning with this company. They are up front about costs and give you what you pay for. Other companies seem a little less expensive, but once they nickel and dime you to death for add-ons that should be included, And, ACIS has customer service that can't be beaten!

I have traveled with ACIS to Europe many times over the past twenty years, and the experience they offer is always outstanding. They are by far the best student travel company around (I tried a couple others earlier in my career - never again)!

I have used ACIS several times over the years and have never been disappointed! There are always hands-on experiences, authentic dinners, top-notch local guides, and we’ve always stayed in very nice hotels right in the thick of whatever action we were there to experience. They are committed to ensuring your trip/tour is top notch. They will send reps in the field to meet up with you to ensure all is well. The tour managers that have accompanied us have also been just incredible!
