This company harasses people

This company harasses people. Calls are every day 2 or 3 times a day. And why are financial services being dealt with in another country but yet this is supposed to be a British company? The staff must feel very good about causing mental stress to the customers

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY, ALREADY BEEN EXPLAINED TO THEM THIS DEBT THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE IS FROM OVER 5 YEARS AGO THEREFORE THE DEBT IS NO LONGER NEEDED TO BE PAID. FOR THE SAKE OF £500 TO CALL ME 6-7 TIMES A WEEK IS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. I AM CONSTANTLY IN AND OUT OF HOSPITAL AND DONT NEED THIS ADDITIONAL STRESS. AVOID THEIR PHONE CALLS NO MATTER WHAT! Tried to scam me into paying 3K. I said I got proof that I’ve paid the debt and KAZI quickly said no need and closed my account. Absolute worst experience ever! DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY

Debt Solutions

I had a lot of anxiety regarding calling up to speak about my extremely personal emotional situation which has led me into debt. The gentleman I spoke with, Ali couldn’t have been more understanding, helpful, compassionate, professional, the list goes on.

He has made what I thouht would be an extremely difficult call, something that was so reassuring and easy and I couldn’t thank n him enough.

He explained everything to me clearly, helped find the right option for me, offered me multiple streams of extra support from different sectors.

Such a lovely gentleman and I couldn’t be more grateful he was the one to pick the phone up to my call.

If you reading this Ali, thank you so much for all your help today, for not rushing me, for checking on my wellbeing and helping me find the right solution for my needs and situation!

Vultures

Suddenly, out of the blue, this appalling vulture of a company is coming after a debt from a company that hasn't existed since 2011 and has not been paid or acknowledged for over ten years. Any money owed is long since statute barred and ACI absolutely know that. Today, a man from Verify visited A NEIGHBOUR to ask if I lived on the street! How on earth is that legal? He was very confused and upset that the "nasty man" will come back. How DARE YOU! I will not engage with you. I still can't believe you'd ask my neighbour about me, you awful awful people. You know very well these debts are unenforceable and I know you just want to scare people into paying. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If you come again I will call the police.
