Ebony the advisor

Ebony has a great tone and is informative about any further support systems available. I’m at ease now that I’ve had a word with advisor Ebony. There’s nothing for her to improve in regards to handling customers. She seems to be a valuable staff member and I’m greatful for the experience today. 😎

The experience of what was said was not helpful because I offered to pay on the first of August and the man said first of July, secondly the man could only give me his first name although the public gives out the full name and address . Not very helpful

Annoying!

I have never heard of this company whatsoever. However, I ended up receiving a message every day saying

Who is this Claire and can you stop sending me those text messages and tell that Claire she’s giving the wrong number!!!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could! Spoke with Jake had the check to ask me why I was spending £400 a month on food, he told me i should be spending maximum of £50 a week on food! I work full time I don’t smoke or drink alcohol. Iam also a type one diabetic that try’s to go out to work with my illness

I talked to Faisal today who was very understanding and took the time to listen talk to me and advise me. It was a positive experience with a great advisor who also give me extra helpful advice and how to deal with my other debts. Very grateful to talk to him as my health is poor and I’m in a bit of a bad situation so thank you for talking to me and reassuring me.
