Constantly harassed by this company

Constantly harassed by this company. Even vodafone blocks then automatically but they still leave voicemails.
I have no outstanding balance with any company, received a text on the 29th of may for a completely different name saying i owed money to argos. Let me make this clear, i fully paid argos over a year ago. I dont even have the argos card app anymore because everything was paid. Get your information right before harassing people.

 Don’t let yourself intimidate anyone who is having a death can be protected by the government

I have good communication with Zora customer service representative she answered my  which made me to give a five star they understand they will not mail any money for me. I know my right and I know legally I can open a IVA process by obviously they put my account in hold for 60 days to stop the calls and chasing until I all gonna be able to set up the AVI

A disgusting debt collecting company…

A disgusting debt collecting company who ring me every day about a non - existent debt. Every time they ring I block the number but they continue with different numbers. I am now reporting these horrible people to the FSA Updated after the shocking response. I have told this wretched company numerous times there is no debt. They said they will continue to ring me until it is paid. They ring almost every day using a different number which is immediately blocked. They haven’t the guts to speak to me it’s always an automated message. They are a disgusting company and I am going to take legal action against them for harassment as well as reporting them to the FCA

It is important to know that getting in touch does not mean 'liability' of the debt is assumed.

Our recommended next step is to respond to the emails you've been receiving, explaining that you believe the debt to be non-existent. We will then pass this onto our client. In this email, you can also explain that your preference is not to receive calls.

Unfortunately we cannot identify the account from your name alone which is why we'd encourage you to get in touch.
