Good value all around

I recently purchased a Porsche 718 Boxster GTS from Acklam Cars. The car is excellent, and several members of the team were professional, polite, and helpful throughout my visit. The staff member who showed me the vehicle in the showroom was knowledgeable and courteous, and the colleague who completed the paperwork handled everything efficiently.

My only observation is that the salesperson I had dealt with throughout the purchase was not closely involved in the handover on the day. While I appreciate the dealership was busy and the team who assisted me were very good, a little more continuity at the final stage would have completed the experience.

Overall, I am very pleased with the car and appreciative of the support provided by the staff. A small improvement in the handover process would make the experience even stronger.

From the moment i walked in i was looked after by Paddy, he made my experience so easy and with the help of John i was able to purchase the car i was looking for, even though like a dufus i had lost my V5 registration form, John was able to sort this out in a jiffy and put me in my car within days. Had an amazing experience buying from this company , from first contact to driving out the door in our new car , we where treated brilliantly , spoke to Richard who was extremely knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions and concerns , he’s a real asset to the company , Jake explained every button and gadget and was extremely polite and knowledgeable , all the staff in general seem to work great together, I definitely wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to anyone looking for there next car. Well worth the trip from Scotland and would gladly do it again .
