I rented a property from Simon at ACOM for just under a year. The whole process from viewing to being a tenant was so simple. Simon in particular is very responsive and it feels like a family run business, I’ve had my best tenancy experience with them and have been renting for 20 years now. Check out and receiving full deposit was also incredibly easy, Jess was super friendly and helpful too and just made the whole process stress free. Great communication skills by Simon. Smooth process

It's been a pleasant journey with ACOM, when I was at my wits end Simon and his team helped get me settled!
Any issue I had during my tenancy was promptly attended to, though I had to break my tenancy due to work related issues, though he wasn't pleased about it, but he was professional and everything was resolved amicable.
I am giving ACOM a 5 star because they deserve it!

ACOM Property is an extremely professional and proficient property management company. Led by Simon who has vast knowledge of the BTL market (being an investor and developer himself), we have found their service to be far superior compared to any of the big estate agent/lettings agents operating in the Manchester area. Aside from being organised and responsive, ACOM Property know all of the ins and outs of the BTL market which landlords need to stay savvy about.

We switched to Acom following a disappointing experience with another agent. Simon was very helpful throughout the switch over process. We have gone from 50% vacancies to fully tenanted.
