Simon is a great business owner and a perfect real estate agent I would recommend him for anyone

Acom have been managing several properties for us for the last 6 months and we are now transferring a further property to Simon and his team due to his excellent management.
He is very hands on and it is a breath of fresh air to have one point of contact for all issues related to the properties.
I would recommend anyone to pass over the management of their properties to Acom and can only see them going from strength to strength

A few months ago I moved over to Acom and I can only say good things. The process of transferring over was very difficult with my old letting agent being incredibly unprofessional and slow. But it was definitely worth the wait. The attention to detail and organisation has been brilliant with Acom. I wish I knew of them earlier, would have saved me so much time and effort. I wholly recommend Acom in every department. There should really be nowhere else anyone goes to for letting their property.

As it has now become the norm to shop online for almost everything. I thought it was time to consider an online estate agent. I approached this task with an element of trepidation, but was put at ease soon after I had spoken with Simon. He was proffessional and understanding to my requirements. He explained his process whithout being to over zelos and eager for a sale. This approached appealed to my sensibilities and I was happy to instruct him. He has since rented my property with good tenants. I'm not happy. . . I'm very Happy.

For me it's all about healthy relationship. The tenant agant/agency relationships. He is very approachable and always one phone call away from resolving whatever issues we have.

I used ACOM Property to find a tenant for a buy to let property. I have used other agents in the past however ACOM provided a service others could not. I found Simon and his team to be professional, experienced, logical and practical. After a bad experience with previous tenants i now have brilliant tenants who look after the house well and pay on time. I will be using ACOM again!

Absolutely amazing service! I have had previous experiences with similar companies and have not always been happy, I am so glad I found ACOM. Simon was brilliant, he went above and beyond every step. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional company. We found a property through OpenRent, which was managed by ACOM Property. On the day that we went to view the house, we were greeted by Simon who straight off the bat apologised as his son "needed a s***" and was going to do this in one of the house's toilets whilst we viewed the property. Unfortunately, this meant that we were unable to view one of the bathrooms during the viewing.

We were very aware that the landlord was looking for someone to move in earlier than we were able to, but Simon assured us that he would talk to them and get back to us. The day after, he contacted us asking what we thought of the property, which we said that we really liked but were aware of the issue with the moving-in date. He said that he would be in touch. A few days later, he sent another message saying that he would have an answer for us by the end of the week. By the next week we had heard nothing, so chased him and he said that he had still not heard anything. A few days later, we saw that the property had been taken off the market, so contacted him again to double-check that our offer had not been accepted. His reply to this was that negotiations were still ongoing and to wait. After that, we heard nothing from him or the company and the property showed up as let on the website. Whilst I completely understand that sometimes things fall through, I do not think it is professional to keep asking someone to wait for a response when you know that someone else's offer has been accepted. Simon's communication throughout was erratic, and not what you would expect after reading through the other reviews.

Due to our landlord selling our house we had to move and fast, we looked at so many houses with so many letting agents, we came across open rent and I admit I was sceptical and cautious as had never heard of them to be honest so didn’t know what to expect. Absolutely blown away by how good they have been so far, the communication from simon and the landlord is so good and makes it more personal as they forward messages on to the landlord. It’s 3 days until we move in now and they have gone above and beyond to take the stress out of everything and reassure you and even set you up with a department that will help you switch all your suppliers over and even try find the cheapest suppliers in your area. I can not fault them in any way. The agents are polite and friendly and professional and if recommend them to anyone.

I can highly recommend Simon and ACOM, For Any issues on the property, Simon responds quickly and fix the issue immediately, His guidance and support after moving the property are awesome. Simon thanks for all your support and you made us, more comfortable in the new property.

I've been renting with ACOM for around 15 months. I can't praise Simon and his team enough. Quickest rental process I have ever navigated through. Property is to a fantastic spec, and nothing has been too much trouble. Very supportive and stable landlords. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic service from Acom Property

Simon and Terry have been amazing in helping source a tenant, tie up snags before tenant moved in as well as providing advice and guidance every step of the way. The sign up process with them is simple and speedy, with access to everything I need at any time through their ACOM Landlord Portal. They have really gone above and beyond and already excited to get another property managed with them.

I've been renting from Simon and ACOM for 6 months now and he has been very helpful, reachable and immediate to respond for any issues I experienced, especially in my early days in the property but also moving forward. Highly recommended.
