For some reason, even though I have had an acorn account through my business checking account since 2015… I have recently had to change my bank, and they won’t honour the existing Acorns account and use my new business checking account.

My experience with the representatives at Acorns was disappointing. I spoke with several representatives, and they all seemed to lack the knowledge needed to clearly explain the process. The information they provided was unclear and contradictory, and the process for transferring and closing an account was very confusing.
Instead of offering straightforward and transparent guidance, each interaction created more uncertainty, making what should have been a simple process unnecessarily frustrating. I believe Acorns should improve the training of its representatives and provide clearer, more consistent instructions so customers can receive accurate and efficient support during important account processes.

I have been able to save automatically and that is the best way to do it. Ultimately, I'm very happy with the app and all the capabilities it has. I also love the extra rewards that go directly into my account when I buy or use services like Expedia or CVS. I'm saving although I'm buying something...so my spare change is also saved into my account which is another way to do it.

Acorns has been great, no complaints, I got my kids and some friends to use Acorns as well. I love the investment keep the change program, it automatically rounds up and puts into my investment account. I also have the Roth401k that is great as my last employer didnt offer a 401k so using Acorns was great to build up a future savings for retirement. All good things and I highly recommend them.
