The mortgage industry has always been very stressful, today's market its desperate. Having a Rep who is very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of not only the program guidelines but of our very cautious borrowers'. They make themselves available, they are friendly...and hopefully with a sense of humor!

The account rep. Rose Sodano was great went above and beyond to answer my reps. questions and always available. As branch manager having multiple loan officers under me she took a lot off my plate answering the loan officers questions, so I could continue to manage the rest of the branch. Service to me is number one and you delivered.

Jacob is always very quick to respond to my loan scenarios and answer any questions I may have. They are my go to for harder to place loans because they can either do it or will refer me to an investor that will.

The Account Executive I worked with, Chris Cazarez, was exceptional, no doubt! However, your process is NOT user friendly by any means. I'm a veteran Loan Officer. I know more about Non-QM than the Lenders who offer them. And Acra took a loyal, previous Borrower, and found every reason to hammer higher rates and fees in the 11th hour of the loan. I was never allowed to discuss items directly with the Underwriter...BIG NO NO! Who ever is the one who created your loan process, obviously has no clue as to what is going on in the trenches. You're just not worth the risk, with the exception of a scenario you offer that nobody else does. You wanted to know, well here you have it!

anytime i have a non QM loan i send it to Acra. Anna Jenson and her team are super to work with. If Anna tells me we need a condition, i get it to her and it gets done. I have a lot of trust in Anna and her team knowing my loan will close and my referral partners are happy. And if its something she's not sure on, she checks with upper mngmt and they do what they can to work with us.
