Natalie sorted everything out for pre 12 delivery tomorrow without me having to request or chase it up. I have been kept updated via WhatsApp so I know what’s happening. After having delivery issues due to the snow I contacted Acre who were extremly helpful and provided excellent customer care. In particular Nat who went above and beyond to rectify the issues and provided excellent communication throughout. What a lovely member of staff and a credit to the company.
