I paid all balance but on the website is stated that I haven't paid you anything.

If sending to the court is something you use to get more money that is owned, it won't work with me. I have got the bank statement that I paid you all money I owed.

He made the process far less distressing and constantly checked my own personal wellbeing whilst dealing with arepayment plan that suits my needs as well as suits the people I owe money to. The times we live in now are vastly unpredictable, I have engaged with ACT Credit for over a year now and have found them to be extremely knowledgable in matters of finance. Jerome Driscoll is one of the politest and conscientious managers, his ability to put customers at ease is undeniable, and the company policy is to work with those who need help in an agreed manner, it is undeniable that “other “ companies could learn from ACT and be successful. I have been given a (unreasonable, but that’s for another time) debt notice from a previous rental company that I rented for three years with which is astronomical. However, I haven’t got the energy to fight.
Jerrome handled my call with care and attention to detail (I’m moving between two jobs so not sure of future pay dates yet as yet to start my new job, salary change etc) and he was so kind and caring to me.
Give this boy a raise. Or better yet, half of this insane “debt” of 2 grand over some effing blinds and a cracked hob.

Came of the phone with Jerome about an overdue payment from my uni which I’d not known about , but Jerome was super helpful in explaining and taking me through the right procedures

I have been struggling to get in contact with actcredit for a while either recieving calls from them while I've been at work or being stuck in hold for long periods of time, however I finally managed to get in contact with them and spoke to Jerrome who was absolutely brilliant at setting me up with a payment plan with no hassle whatsoever, he was really helpful with giving me information and helping me with my issues.

Just came off a call with Hamza at ACT to sort out a repayment plan - he was really helpful and made sure that the plan works for my situation. Another worker hadn't updated my account earlier but Hamza made sure it was fixed and confirmed the details for me. A very friendly guy and nice interaction, especially considering the circumstances!

Professional and empathetic support.
My son unfortunately was unable to continue at university due to mental health issues. This culminated in him being unable to look at emails or other forms of correspondence. When I eventually became aware that the university were seeking payment I contacted ACT. Jerrome Driscoll and the wider team were nothing but understanding,supportive and helpful. They liaised with the university to get clarity on the matter in hand and it was resolved and payment made. This came at a particularly difficult time but there was no pressure and sense that they truly wanted to help. There are rarely positive comments on Credit Management companies so I felt it important to add balance to reviews.

Abu Baker demonstrated politeness, courtesy, and pragmatism, making the difficult call efficient and pleasant for me. He was notably helpful and adept at addressing my issues directly, without unnecessary complications. Overall, his approach was commendable.
