The product ordered arrived quickly. Packaging was minimal but adequate. The product is easy to use and is comfortable, being breathable. It provides support.

I have used this company twice. There products are first class and much cheaper than local chemists. Also my delivery came the next day. I would thoroughly give them 5 stars.

I purchased a stabilised wrist support. The purchased arrived on time and on opening looked very well made and sound, however for my particular condition I had ordered a completely wrong product. On contacting actesso I was asked to return the product which I duly did and I have been refunded. Although I can’t comment on the product as such the company appeared to be very good.

After a week of use the splint hasn't eased the Carpal Tunnel symptoms but it is comfortable to wear and I hope it will benefit in the longer term.

I bought a thumb splint with metal support. It was good quality although it took me a while to find a comfortable fit. I have large hands which may have made it more difficult. There was no guidance with the splint, but it was not difficult to work out how it should fit. Ultimately it did help my sprain, but anti inflammatory gel was also good.

Good quality product but too big. I followed the advice to choose the larger one if I was between sizes but this didn’t work for me. I will exchange for a smaller size.

I ordered 2 breathable wrist supports and they arrived the next day. I wear them for sleeping and they really help to stop my hands going numb.

Very good prompt delivery. Also at a more affordable price.

I ordered a non neoprene wrist support about 8 years ago and it is as good today as it ever was. I just ordered another for the other wrist, and it hasn't changed at all - always a sign of a good design and quality.

These supports have helped me - now in my mid sixties, after a lifetime of computer use I was getting RSI pain. Wearing these in bed results in much more comfort the next morning.

I ordered a wrist support for my injured wrist. The item was delivered the day after I placed the order and Initially, I was very pleased with the product, however, it developed a fault and I contacted Customer Services. They acknowledged my concern (even though from the tone of their email, they tried to place the blame on me) and said they would be in touch. I am still waiting. Poor customer service.

My order arrived quickly and in good condition. The gloves were too large for me so they didn’t offer much support, I contacted the company and they explained how to return them for a refund or exchange, I decided to have a refund which was dealt with efficiently. Only downside was I had to pay the return postage which as I didn’t feel the sizing was my fault I had hoped they would cover the cost (I followed their sizing guidelines but the gloves were definitely too big). I also think they were a little overpriced I’ve since bought very similar gloves from a different seller offering 3 for 2 and they were cheaper by a couple of pounds
