Tac Fleece jacket and gloves
Both jacket and gloves arrived in a quite short time, considering the mail traffic during Christmas holidays. Both items are well realized, comfortable and made with strong material. I have not tested the gloves yet but I believe they will meet my expectations.

Still have not received my Oder
Still have not received my Oder, the first jacket arrived after 30 days the wrong side, I reorder and still waiting, I will never order anything from you site again.

EXTREMELY SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE
The product is fine and wasn't a good fit for me. However their customer service has been horrible to work with. I've been trying since Dec 18 to return my product and it took them until Jan 7 to get back to me (granted there was a couple major holidays passed while I waited for a response). They are extremely slow to communicate and I still haven't gotten all the details I need to return my product almost 1 month after first requesting a return.
