Ive not received my ribbon been waiting…

Ive not received my ribbon been waiting 8 days now have messaged the customer service but go no response im not happy about this won't bother ordering again

Hi Sue, I'm sorry that it has taken Royal Mail such as long time to deliver your items but we was unaware of any issues. I've checked our inbox (and spam box) but there are no emails from yourself. We would obviously have sent out a replacement if the original package had got lost but since we didn't get any emails we didn't know there was a problem. There may have been an issue with your email account sending us emails so in the future if you don't hear back from us within 24 hours please try contacting us from a different email account.

Quality at its finest.

The finest grossgrain ribbons I've found, the quality is superb.
Their alligator clips are sturdy and thicker, not like others.
You pay for quality when buying from krafty koala.

Communication could be better.

One item i had ordered wasn't in stock so I was issued a refund. I asked a question about a product I had previously ordered from them but they did not respond.

Thanks for checking your spam folder. We did reply to your message just 10 minutes after you contacted us. It looks like the email didn’t come through on your end, which can happen sometimes unfortunately.

We always try to respond quickly and help where we can, so it's a bit disheartening to receive a 3-star review over something that may have just been a delivery issue with the email.
