Never Again

Ordered a pair of folding tyre's from acycles website (purchase price £38.07)that's where things started to go wrong !.
An enourmous box arrived , why i thought , they had sent wire tyre's !
Said they couldn't supply correct items :-(
So i had to return at my own cost (£16.50) luckily having paid by Paypal they cover up to £15 , at least that's a plus but still acycle's could have offered due to mistake on their behalf !
No quibble money back they say ! , well that's utter tosh ! Had to get Paypal to mediate after several emails but no refund , then they have the cheek to offer only £34.08 !
Well you decide but Never again will i deal with these CLOWNS !

overall satisfied

My order arrived quickly and was accurate. This is one of the only places in France I can find the helmet brand I like for toddlers. Only disappointment was they didn't have the size I wanted in the style I wanted. But the second best option was a good one.

Shopping Nightmare

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

I'm waiting now 2 month for my order and getting new excuses everytime i ask for it.

Ordered on October 14th, till today no delivery.

First they just played "dead man" or told me i'll get my order "when it's done", then their carrier should have had a computer crash or something, and now the delivery should have been travelled to the UK instead of Germany.

Extreme unprofessional, I never had such a terrific shopping experience in my life till now.

I'm now fighting to get at least my money back.

To give you a taste, this is the last answer about my order - since then (7 days ago) no communication from acycles:

Now (2 month after my order) they acknowledged my delivery has been lost in transit and offer a refund. I will update this review again if / when i receive my refund:

We sincerely and deeply apologize as we know it has just been a nightmare for you.
Our carriers lost your parcel, but we will be the first ones to be supplied with the home trainer in all Europe.
