Car was good

Car was good, close to train station. Hours are pretty restrictive requiring us to catch a MUCH earlier train.

What a great find!

Our experience with Alex and the Ada team was excellent. We didn't know about Ada until we'd been in Carcassonne for a couple of days as they are not based in the airport car rental building as the big names are. They went above and beyond to make sure we got a car promptly at short notice which made a massive difference to our holiday. Great price, great car, can't fault it. Thanks Alex and your team.

We have rented a vehicle with a broken…

We have rented a vehicle with a broken windshield. Besides, we had to waste our vacation time on cleaning it up as requested by ADA. I will never again rent a vehicle in such terms (to be expected to clean it after use).

Excellent car

Excellent car, expected small fiat but got new Opel Corsa and it was pleasure driving it to a nearby mountain villages!
Employees friendly and helpful!

Awful experience.

Awful experience.

Was charged a 162 EUR 'cleaning fee' after returning our vehicle to ADA Carcassonne.

We were told it was due to 'vomit' in the vehicle (which there was not) and the fact we left some tissues and a drink bottle inside.

None of the photographs (taken by the employee) showed any serious damage at all- just some dust marks on the carpet, which is to be expected after a 2 week rental and easily vaccumed up.

162 EUR is an extortionate cleaning charge. We'll be pursuing the matter with ADA head office.

Avoid.

Hello Mr Lewis,
After having received a return of the service concerned, the following results are apparent:
The vehicle was returned dirty (waste left on the carpets and in the doors, used handkerchief, 4 stains emanating a foul smell) not allowing the rental of the vehicle that was initially reserved for your return.
The ADA agency in Carcassone had to find a last-minute solution so as not to penalize the next customer.
As a result, the agency had to call a cleaning company whose invoice you will find attached, which mobilized the vehicle for half a day which was also charged to you (in accordance with our general conditions of rental).
For this reason, we cannot respond favourably to your request for reimbursement corresponding to the costs of cleaning the vehicle.
We remain at your disposal for any further information.

Little help with lost property

I still haven't been successfully contacted about my lost luggage, left inside the rental office. Everything about the car rental was smooth, but getting help after the fact has proven extremely difficult and unsatisfactory.

It was great

It was great, in less than 1 hour, they arranged a car, picked me up and filled the paperwork, and the cheapest price. The car was great, the service was great, super helpful and they dropped me at the airport after. Definitely using Ada car rental again
