BE AWARE — this was my experience.

I booked an international flight for two people through this company after being redirected from Google Flights. After entering traveler/passport information and completing payment, I was immediately redirected to the homepage.

I received no confirmation page, no booking reference, no itinerary, and no confirmation email (including spam folder). I called the phone number listed on the website multiple times and was placed on hold before the call disconnected.

Because there was no confirmation, no booking details, and no response from customer service, I contacted my credit card company within minutes to dispute the pending charge and close my card as a precaution.

This was a very stressful experience, especially when booking international travel. I strongly encourage others to research reviews carefully and proceed cautiously.

The website was easy to use and when I called for any questions I was immediately greeted by a real live person. Very friendly staff and they explained everything to me even when I asked ten times. After booking, they called me to confirm information and then called again when they issued the ticket less than two hours later. And I saved a ton of money. I'd use them again without hesitation.

The customer service was terrible. They canceled my flight and then wanted me to pay extra to keep the same flight. My customer service agent yelled at me, Alex Smith. Even the supervisor Jewell yelled at me and had an attitude the entire time. Feedback would be don't be a scam company and don't have an attitude with their customers.

Akanksha Yadav made my day. My mum's plans are all set because of her. There was a fare difference but we were able to find a ground in between and she helped me to get the ticket without any hassle. Worst to ever book with. They don’t send you a confirmation of your booking after paying. We called to get this fixed… thinking they would send one instead asked for 700 dollars or they can’t provide us with our tickets. What a joke they said the airlines increased the fares. What does that have to do with me i payed for my tickets that i saw for a specific price not my problem. We asked for a cancellation and they said 20 days. AND WE HEARD THEY DONT GIVE US THE MONEY AND KEEP POSTPONING. NEVER BOOK

Similar to other reviews, they confirmed via email after the booking and called us back saying that we MUST upgrade to “basic cabin”. This is an absolute scam and should not be trusted. Their customer service is terrible and their service should be taken down. Untrustworthy and an absolute disgrace. Never making the mistake of ignoring the bad reviews.

Angel is the best travel agent. She was so patient with my specific requests; also with the difficulties with my bank card. Go Adam Vacations!
