The delivery driver was very friendly…

The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. He wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with how the wheelchair worked. Asking if I had any questions or concerns before he left.

The best was that he called when he was on his way so that I was ready for him! I truly appreciate the professionalism. Thank you!

This lady knew her business!!

This lady knew her business and I appreciated her professionalism and knowledge. I’ve been using a C-pap since 2009 and her presentation was the very best I’ve ever received. If there was 10 rating I would give her that!

Dependable

Equipment was delivered as expected and picked up when notified to do so. Dave, who delivered and picked up equipment was the one person that I had the most interaction with and he was very courteous and helpful.

Didn’t help me

Didn’t help me. Transferred me 6 times and still no help and someone with no medical knowledge telling me I don’t need more supplies. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Solution to a 'noisy CPAP' system disturbing my spouse.

I have been a CPAP user for at least 5 years, and within the last few months renewed my machine. Sydney ( a very knowledgeable lady helped me greatly with the transition to the new machine. About a month ago, my wife started complaining of the air noise my CPAP unit was making ( disturbing her sleep ).

I had been inundated with promotional material from other suppliers and have tried to 'tweak' my mask, headstrap, chinstrap, I was totally confused ( and getting nowhere ). So, not knowing where to go, I decided to take all my equipment back to AdaptHealth in Conway (SC) to ask for advice.

I had no appointment ( so wasn't expecting much attention ). I explaned to the receptionist what my problem was and IMMEDIATELY directed me to Sydney . Sydney took me back into her office and started a 'Sherlock Holmes' type investigation into my equipment, accessories, historical data. she was thorough, helpful, confidence inspiring and SUCCESSFUL ! She diagnosed that my main problem appeared to be 'leakage', almost certainly coming from my mouth ( despite my worn chinstrap).

Reccomended I changed my mask ( to Resmed N30i ), which she 'test fitted' and adjusted, and with my mouth closed solved the 'air noise' coming from my unit. She ordered a new chinstrap, and I left that day, overwhelmed by her attention to detail.

To any (AND ALL ) CPAP users, if you have any questions, difficulties regarding your CPAP system, do not hesitate to get in touch with Sydney, her level of customer/technical service was outstanding.

Above and beyond

We needed a pediatric wheelchair and Josh went above and beyond to get the order through and approved by insurance. Kevin also went above and beyond the day of pick up when he drove to get a different wheelchair when the first one didn't work. The 2 ladies in the Festus office were welcoming and so kind to us when we came in. Thank you for your assistance from start to finish in getting the pediatric wheelchair we needed.

Good job Gauge!

Your technician, Gauge, came to my house very quickly to check on my oxygen equipment. He was very thorough and checked out everything. He advised me on some things about using my equipment and was very knowledgeable. Gauge was also friendly and concerned about my needs. I appreciate him being so courteous and helpful.
