Unfortunately, our experience with Adaptive fell well short of expectations.

While some work was delivered, we were disappointed with the overall quality of the engagement, the attention to detail, and the way concerns were handled when raised.



For a premium-priced specialist service, we expected a significantly higher standard of communication, professionalism, and customer care.



Ultimately, we lost confidence in the relationship and decided not to continue working with the company.



Based on our experience, we would not use Adaptive again.
