Bought an Adcom GFA-565SE Amplifier in Canada. Shortly after, Adcom pulled their Dealership out of Canada. Had an issue with my Adcom Amp., where the power switch would stay on and the Amp could not be turned off, without actually unplugging it from the wall outlet. Apparently, from my research, this is a common issue with Adcom Amps., where the Power Switch contacts gets welded together and results in the Amp being On at all times. I asked Adcom to repair this problem, while the Amp was still under warranty. Adcom never responded to my request to repair the Amp., and I assumed that this was due to the Canadian Dealership being pulled. The Amplifier is now out of warranty and I'm stuck with having to plug and unplug the Amp from the electrical wall circuit, each and every time I want to use it. I will never purchase another Adcom product again, as their Customer Service is non-existent and they do not stand behind their products. Adcom has extremely poor Customer Service and Care, as a result I do not recommend their Amplifiers to anyone.
