Still waiting for my refund

I ordered 2 duvet sets and received 1 (late). The bedding does seem nice but I don’t understand how a bedding company can’t fulfill an order or 2 beddings, seems like stock is very low. But the service also seems poor, no apology or little attempt to put things right. When I pay that little extra my expectations are higher. The company gave me half a refund and left me high and dry with one set which is no use to me. Seems a lovely product but a frustrating experience.

The product is nice but it took 3 weeks for my order to arrive.

Excellent quality and service

The quality of the product is nice and the colours are nice and muted on the aeroplane duvet but I ordered 2 items and only 1 item arrived. I raised twice by email to be told ‘dispatch’ were being asked about it. And then nothing despite still following up. It’s really let them down consider the cost of a single duvet set and I’m not sure it will ever actually materialise at this rate, 3 weeks post purchase.
Had my issue been resolved I would have rated higher but if I’m forking out over £50 for duvet and something goes wrong, I am also expecting the service to match the higher price I paid.

Stunning bedding

Such great bedding, the feel and quality are excellent and it washes well.

Just for feedback, it would be great to have more tween designs as it can be difficult to find quality bedding for this age group.

The design of the bedding set is lovely, but unfortunately the quality is very poor. After the first wash, two buttons fell off, and the rest are literally hanging on by a thread. It seems like they weren’t sewn on securely at all. Really disappointing for something that looked so nice at first. Too expensive for quality to be so poor

I bought a double and single mini planes bedding set for my plane obsessed 7 year old.
The material is cool, crisp cotton. Irons well. Pattern is really lovely.
Unfortunately the buttons and cotton seem a bit flimsy, a button even came off after the first wash before even going on a bed which was really disappointing.
My son is so so pleased with them that I won’t be sending them back this time but sadly I won’t be buying another set for my other son.

We ordered a new born set and an additional hat (accidentally). The set turned up without the hat and the accidental extra hat order hasn’t turned up. Despite messaging on their web form and emailing directly I still haven’t received a response despite it being way over their indicated response time. I’m happy to change the rating if they deal with the issue but at the moment I cannot recommend.

The aeroplanes were just right for a little boy!
Although we had to wait a little for this, we were warned and the items arrived when promised.

Absolutely love the tractor bed sheets. Good quality and looks great.

Ordering and delivery was easy and quick. Product was duvet cover and pillow case with tractors. High quality print and material. My grandson loved it. Unfortunately what they call “cot” size was far too big for the duvet on his cot. I suppose it is my fault because they do give the measurements. However to call it “cot” size is a mistake and I suppose the company should highlight the need to measure the size of your duvet for stupid people like me!
