A professional company from start to finish. Agreed the price, fitters turned up on time, were really friendly and skilled at what they do. Swept up nicely. Hippo bag collected 2 days later.
Have recommended them to all my neighbours, and to anybody looking for a quality job at a competitive price.

If Adeft are as good as they claim they don’t need to keep phoning all the time, even though I have explained I have since moved and do not require their service, they don’t seem to get the message always bombarding with calls. I also think there are better companies out there and people should go by word of mouth not be forced by their sales pitch as they were so aggressive we decided against using them and instead went for a cheaper quote as we were moving anyway and only wanted to sell the house on so wasn’t going to pay ridiculous amount for same service!

I contacted Adeft to have my concrete guttering removed and to be replaced with UPVC. From Harvey the salesman, coming to explain how the procedure is done and what they use, to the fitters,who completed the job in one day and who were on time and polite. I cannot fault the service I received.
Even though I got cheaper quotes from other companies, I feel I paid the right price for the work, materials and professionalism. I am very happy that I went with this company and would highly recommend them

Overall a great experience from initial visit through to completion of work. Workmen experienced and left me reassured that job completed to high standard. The only issue was the disposal of asbestos from site which we were not made aware of. However delay caused by another company. Staff at Adeft very apologetic..Would recommend.

Fitters showed up on time and worked all the hours they could each day to get the job done. They were pleasant and helpful. Each day they cleaned up so we weren't in a mess. The job was completed to our satisfaction and at a reasonable price. We would recommend Adeft Services Ltd for the replacement of concrete guttering.

I would recommend Adeft guttering services. The whole team were really great from start to finish. The fitters Mark, Ted and Ash were really excellent and were very knowledgeable. The process was very fast and they left the site clean and tidy.

Absolutely brilliant, very quick and efficient. My concrete gutters were removed in one day, and uPVC guttering were put up. All waste was removed and I am extremely happy with the new Guttering. The cost, very reasonable and I opted for buy now pay later, giving me 1 year to pay. Thank you Adeft, and I would definitely recommend you to anyone.

I entered the Adeft lottery recently, with no expectation of winning. I had a pleasant suprise last week, when they called me to tell me I had won £250! The sceptical part of me couldn't believe I had won and wondered what the catch was, today I received my prize, no catches and no sales pitch, just a lovely cheque. I am over the moon and so impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Just a minute of my time and I am £250 better off, thank you Adeft.

We used Adeft to have our concrete gutters taken down and plastic gutters put up, they completed the work in one day, Punctual, Polite, Clean and very professional,Price was good and all members of staff from office to salesman to onsite workers very approachable, would highly recommend

From start of contact with Adeft to the end I found the Customer Service Outstanding. Any questions/ queries I had were answered in a timely manner. At the start the planning and execution of the work was explained easily. Once work got underway the guys got on with It, had great work ethic and was polite. All materials Left were removed in good time. If any gripe, it was costly but Quality costs and was well worth it And. My guttering is fab! . My interior walls are no longer wet or damp. I Am really happy with everything. Would recommend to any one who has horrid concrete guttering. Big Thankyou Adeft for an excellent job.

They were very professional from the planning right through to the installation. I would definitely recommend them to other customers.

An excellent company to do business with from the initial contact for the provision of a very competitive quotation through to completion of the installation. The install team were very efficient and left my premises tidy. I am extremely pleased with the job and have no hesitation in recommending the company in general and this install team in particular to others.

Sales guy visited the house and took us through what would be done in some detail, was very helpful and convinced us that you were the experts.
Office staff (Connor) the main contact kept us informed with respect to when the work would be carried out etc and again was very helpful / responsive.
Unfortunately the people who did the job on the day did not provide the same level of confidence. It seemed to be a rush job (seemed to think that it would all be done in 4 hours ?) and they were not happy that they were delayed due to failure of their cutting tool. Initially they said it was a problem with the electrics in the house, so I went to a neighbour who allowed the power cable to be plugged in to their power supply. When this did not resolve the problem they then realised it was a problem with the power tool itself.
When they finished on the day the front and rear ends of the gutter looked a real mess. Following a conversation with Connor it was agreed that this would be fixed over the weekend. This did not happen but they turned up on the Monday to sort it out. I visited the property on the Tuesday, the front end of the guttering was okay, the rear end capping / finishing was still a mess, the end plate not being flush with the wall.
Following a further call to Connor, this was finally fixed later in the week.
Really disappointed at the delay / hassle involved to get the job done and lack of any noticeable Quality assurance. Who is responsible for final inspection / sign of on completion? I suggest that the Sales guy should come back on completion as well, to see what really goes on.

Finally got around to giving a bit of TLC to the outside of my house. After a very informative & pleasant chat with Sam Martin ( Adeft rep) I agreed to go ahead with the replacement of Concrete Gutters with UPVC. The work was carried out to a high degree of professionalism (by Gary & his assistant) over the 2 days quoted. All rubble disposed of by Adeft. Great transformation of Gutters & nicer aspect to house. Very satisfied and happily recommend to other home owners!

Have requested on numerous occasions over approx. 2 years for my details to be removed from their marketing processes, yet they continue to ignore my requests. I live in a new build and do not need replacement concrete guttering!

All employees were extremely pleasant and helpful. From the sales, office and fitters all made me feel very at ease as a pensioner and fully informed of what was going on. The service all round was wonderful.

I was most impressed with the standard of the work undertaken. The crew were extremely polite and very efficient. They also swept up after the work was completed which was a very nice touch.

The fitting crew on our house were 1st class, Mark & Ben? Plus Connor kept us updated on progress during all phases of the work right up to waste removal.

My only experience with this company is the fact that over several YEARS they have kept mailing & texting me about their replacement guttering, having never even contacted them. I have asked for my details to be removed from their database MANY times (as I have now used another company to replace my guttering), but Adeft still keep contacting me. It is extremely annoying to be pestered like this.
