Overall, I am very satisfied with Adent.io and their service. The customer service I have received has been excellent. My only issue is that the product received is definitely not for beginners! You need to know what you are doing, as far as some coding, or advanced backend admin stuff. Once they provide the website, there is still a ton of work to do before you are ready to launch. The team they have does a good job of explaining all the capabilities, and are there for you every step of the way.
