I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Adexa regarding a damaged item. The product arrived damaged, which was frustrating enough, but the real issue was the handling of the return request.

Despite contacting them promptly and providing details of the damage, the return was refused and I was left with a faulty item. The communication throughout was slow and unhelpful, and there was no real effort to resolve the situation or take responsibility for the condition the item arrived in.

Overall, I expected a much better standard of customer service, especially when receiving damaged goods. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious when ordering from them again.

Utterly awful company

Utterly awful company! AVOID

Shocking service, can not reach anyone on the phone. They don't respond by email. They use an online live chat service which is just as bad. Ordered ND delivery for it to come 5 days later, and it only came then because I went out of my way and got in contact with the courier myself. Joke.

They took my money and I got nothing

I ordered some shelving for £157. Their carrier has apparently left the shelving at a house in the vicinity of where I live, 4 weeks ago, but cannot confirm which address. I rightly make this it the responsibility of the supplier to find out the address or refund or replace. They tell me they are doing nothing. I don't believe that any company should take £157 from you and you get nothing. It is obviously going to get a 1-star review.

Seriously impressed !

Seriously impressed with this Adexa unit. Usually, "heavy duty" is like yeah right , but this thing is ridiculously robust. I stored massive amount without even a hint of a wobble.
​Dead easy to assemble. No tools, no headache—just snapped together in jiffy.

Has transformed my garage. Getting my 3rd one. 10/10.

Great communication and product

The main things that has left a good impression when dealing with Adexa was both the communication from the time of purchase and the product itself. When companies / people talk with you even via email it all very reassuring and comfortable. You know were you are with everything and can arrange deliveries etc around the information provided. As for the product itself, well that just great, package well, works like a dream and looks the business.

Shocking company

Shocking company
Ordered a 3 tier heated pass from them it arrived late and damaged at the wrong address's so I couldn't refuse the delivery I tried to raise the issue with them and got no where through there email system got sent someone else details when dealing with customer support
Blatantly breaching gdpr
Still no closer to getting it collected or my money back

Multiple items

I’ve ordered several items from Adexa Direct, they provide excellent value for professional grade, solid, reliable products which last.
Delivery is exceptionally fast too.
I can happily recommend this company.

Beware B grade product, you get worse

Just took advantage of their discounted be grade products in this case a four shelf unit I expected it to be damaged. That was what was advised but I did not expect there to be nine component missing from the product. Fortunately there was enough to put it together ithe shelf unit by using some pieces of wood to replace the pieces that were missing! Adexa responded to my concern that I’d purchased something which was not just damaged, it also incomplete. ‘with well you didn’t notify us in 24 hours so we will offer you a £4 refund or £8 voucher. The fact that they did not sell what was advertised and they think they can get away with a £4 refund. I would never suggest anyone to use this company and never purchase anything from their so called B grade products.

Beware of their T&C it favours them only.
