So supportive and helpful every step of the way
I had my assessment with Sonia who made a very nervous me feel comfortable with the whole process. I've had monthly medication review appointments with Annisah who has been fantastic helping me find the right medication after the first one didn't suit me. I'm finally less stressed and overwhelmed with my disorganisation.. something that's taking a bit of getting used to!
ADHD certify have been amazing and have always been happy to answer my many questions. I was so scared about taking that first step but I'm so glad I did and I can't recommend them enough!

Rizwana was great as were support staff
Rizwana really put my usually shy and quiet daughter at ease. She made it easy for her to open up to her and was very clear and non-judgemental. Rizwana was also very validating of both mine and my daughter's experiences and feelings which I had to expected, but was a welcome surprise. She also responded very quickly and fully to the follow up questions and comments I had. Thank you so much for the support.
I found the advisor I spoke to on initial enquiry also very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive and the administrative support around school questionnaires has been very organised and professional also.

I had a really positive experience with my ADHD assessment. From the start, I felt genuinely listened to and understood. The assessor (Sonia) was incredibly patient, giving me the time and space to fully explain my experiences without feeling rushed or judged.she also did a great job of guiding and prompting me when needed, which made it much easier to communicate things I might otherwise have struggled to express.
One of the things I appreciated most was how efficient the process was—I received an outcome within 10 days, which really helped reduce any anxiety around waiting. The feedback from the assessment was thorough, clear, and insightful, helping me better understand myself and my symptoms.
The treatment options were also explained in a very straightforward and accessible way, so I left feeling informed and confident about the next steps. Overall, it was a supportive and professional experience, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking an ADHD assessment.

Annish was absolutely amazing
Annish was absolutely amazing! I felt like she 100% understood how difficult things had been and she was so attuned to the journey I had with medication. Life changing for me
From the start the team put me at ease and that was no small task in itself as I’m 50 and have lived my whole life with this, trying to edit myself and fit in. I am so glad that I followed my gut to explore this fully and didn’t listen to those who said ‘everyone gets that’, ‘it’s just your age and hormones’, ‘even if you get diagnosed, medication won’t make any difference’. To those people I would say- not everyone gets this, it’s more than hormones, medication makes the world of difference.If you think you have ADHD, explore it and find out what help you can get- you will not regret it and you will be supported and looked after by an amazing team.

Services like this are a godsend with…
Services like this are a godsend with the state of the NHS & long waiting times. What I will say is that I am in a position of being able to afford such a service. I do feel it is a bit pricey for the 1st 3 reviews. There should be a time scale for the check-up.
For example, if the call is a quick 5 minutes, the price should be reduced from £250+ to under £100. If it's over x time, charge more or something of the sort.
This can make or break the ability to get the help needed.
That being said, I need to give a shoutout to Juliette. Who has been great at explaining everything and answering all my questions. Overall, I would 100% recommend the service.
