Highly Recommended – Felt Comfortable from the Start
I recently had my ADHD assessment with Janine, and the whole experience was genuinely positive. Janine was relaxed, friendly, and incredibly easy to talk to. I went in feeling really nervous, but she immediately put me at ease with her calm, reassuring manner.
Talking through some of the difficulties I’ve experienced over the years felt surprisingly comfortable, largely because she was so understanding and patient. It was clear that she really listened, and having the space to openly discuss things with someone so supportive was not just helpful for the assessment itself, but a valuable experience in its own right.
I’d highly recommend Janine to anyone feeling anxious about the process but she made something I’d been worried about feel safe, respectful, and genuinely useful.

I've had a really great experience with this company so far. Lisa was great & so lovely & friendly during the assessment. I found the report was accurate too so it/she helped you feel heard!
Annisah seemed very very knowledgeable during my medication titration appointment, reassuring & actually has put my mind totally at rest regarding a symptom I had been concerned about for years before diagnosis, that was constantly looping around in my anxious head everyday! I wasn't 100% sure if it was definitely the norm! Not at the point of being stabilised on medication yet but hoping for the best! :)
Admin are really quick to respond too which is great.

Dr Rizwana has been absolutely wonderful in helping my daughter through her ADHD diagnosis and treatment. From the very beginning, she was patient, understanding, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to really listen to our concerns and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process.
Her guidance in stabilising my daughter’s medication has made a massive difference to our daily lives. We’ve seen such a positive change in my daughter’s focus, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Things that once felt overwhelming are now much more manageable, both for my daughter and for our family.

ADHD Certify came to our rescue....
After a very long wait for the NHS to help us start medication initiation for our 11 year old son (who is diagnosed with combined), we turned to ADHD Certify for help - he was really struggling with the transition to secondary school and by Christmas he was partially excluded and we were all on our knees with his ADHD behaviours/symptoms.
Roll forwards 10 weeks and we couldn't be happier! Riz came to our rescue agreeing that all he needed was a bridging assessment to ensure his initial assessment with the previous provider was thorough enough. She is so kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He's now almost titrated after only 3 appointments and everything is stabilising. It obviously comes with a cost (approx £1000 for us so far) but our son is finally making the progress he deserves!
