I had a really positive experience with my ADHD assessment. My assessor Shymaa was professional, understanding, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Shymaa explained everything clearly and took the time to listen, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. I really appreciated her support and professionalism. I have never received such a comprehensive report after a medical or mental health assessment, the report alone was worth the money. I can now positively move forward onto the treatment stage.

After one year of medication
For the first time after visiting various GPs over the years I have felt listened to and understood. The communication from ADHD Certify has been consistently clear across the initial consultation, throughout my titration, and during my medication reviews. The medication I am being prescribed does exactly what one would hope: I am calm and focused, and for the first time in my life, I feel as though I am on a level playing field. My medication reviews and titrations while adjusting doses are conducted by Fade Adesokan, who is understanding and very friendly! She holds your best interests to heart.

Annisah made me feel so comfortable throughout my medication review. After a phone call of concern from me, she booked me in a video call within 24 hours to see me in person. I feel seen and cared for. Annisah is incredible
After all the hopeless pathways and lengthy waits, feeling a lack of care from my own health providers, having found ADHD certify was life changing. I am still undergoing titration so cannot confirm the final results of my care, however, the journey so far has been flawless, personal, caring and has given me hope for the future.

I had my medication review with Annisah and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. She is one of the most understanding, caring and compassionate professionals I have spoken to. No fuss service, passionate healthcare professionals
About 4 months ago I bit the bullet and decided to do something about my ADHD. A friend recommended ADHD Certify, and when I saw the cost of a diagnostic assessment was around half of what i’d seen elsewhere I reluctantly booked an appointment and I haven’t looked back since. Getting medicated has so drastically improved my life, and all of the practitioners i’ve spoken with have been so passionate and caring throughout - especially Annisah who helped refine a dose that worked for me. If anyone is struggling with ADHD I couldn’t recommend enough.

I would highly recommend Hayley Breeden. She was fantastic throughout the entire ADHD assessment process for my 7 year old son. She was professional, understanding, and took the time to listen carefully, making both myself and my son feel comfortable and supported. The report was thorough and has really helped us understand his needs better.
The only difficulty for me is the cost of the medication as a single parent. I understand that once his medication is stable, you will contact our GP to arrange a shared care agreement so prescriptions can be provided via the NHS. However, I wanted to ask whether it would be possible for our GP to prescribe sooner if they are provided with the full assessment report and recommendation.
I would also appreciate any advice on whether there are other options for accessing the medication through the NHS sooner, or if there are any more affordable routes available while we wait for shared care to be arranged.
Overall, I am extremely grateful for the support and quality of care provided, and I would highly recommend your service to other families.

Regarding medication, your son will need to be stabilised with us first, as ADHD medication can only be prescribed by a qualified ADHD specialist. Once his medication is stable, we can then liaise with your GP to arrange a shared care agreement so that prescriptions can continue via the NHS.
