Pure gold
I was searching for a reliable and consistent adblocker at a reasonable price. After trying several well-known solutions I found AdLock. It seemed to be some sort of amateurish software at the first glance but I gave it a shot. Briefly, AdLock is an excellent piece of software that can be evaluated only when seen in action.

GENERAL:
They cheat with pricing, as the “time-limited sale” is there all the time!
Support reacted quite fast on Windows related problems.
I am not sure if they did anything with Android.
WINDOWS:
Seems to work quite well, and exceptions work when things fall apart.
ANDROID:
Causes lots of problems for some websites, some applications and even simply opening Google Play app from OS settings.
I have noticed it keeping my phone awake all the time, thus draining the battery.
It’s installed using an APK file, which feels a bit dangerous.
