Place an order someone at amazon didn't want to so I can called the order a couple of thier items didn't work they said no to refund took moneybout of my account without my consent told me no to returning their defective item yes me and rufous was getting into it but I told him he didn't have my consent he said no to take it up with amazon u can't get ahold of someone their have been told to close my account down I said no till my money ur employees stole from me was return so I tried to contact jeffbezo didn't have luck with that I'm not these people's piggy bank I'm filing complaint with bbbbreau soon as they open got treated like crao from this employee at amazonthey are lucky probably giong to call trade commission and report them

Only 1 star, because to get the approval for using the account was somehow unacceptable.
I did face recognition, send passport and the common data, which were requested.
Then I received this email message:
'We're happy to tell you that your application was approved!
You can now open an account and deposit money.'
A day later then they requested again data as follows:
- Stay permission with several information
- Account statement with several information
- The reason why my login IP is different to the country I stated I'm living. If I'm travelling or using a VPN.
What's wrong with this company?
Found a more reliable broker.

Fraudulent brokers
Fraudulent brokers. You can't withdraw money from your account because the bank returns the transfer because Admirals is blacklisted with a bad reputation and offering cryptocurrency that is banned for most banks. I call Admirals support and they laugh and make fun of me. Run away from them! I don't have such problems with Interactive Brokers and Trading 212, which are light years better than Admirals.

They offered one free purchase per day and free withdrawal. At the end of 2024 they announced that they were migrating between regulators. Now no 1 free purchase per day and one withdrawal cost me 27 Euros. Total loss of around 500 Euros, from 1100 Euros. Hard to believe this company is operating legally.

Withdrawal of funds is free of charge from our side, provided that this is the first withdrawal request initiated during calendar month. However, intermediary/corresponding/receiving banks can deduct fees from the amount to be received, which is out of our control and cannot be predicted.
History of your transactions can be checked in Dashboard or requested from Customer support team - there you will see fee deductions from our side, if any.
We have also sent you an email to your personal mailbox - we'll be waiting for your reply to address this matter and investigate it further. It is extremely important for us to help you and mitigate any doubts.

Admiral Markets: The Broker That Forces Losses on Its Clients!
Admiral Markets gave us the worst possible surprise for Christmas and the birth of my baby. They forcibly closed my open positions with a loss of €7,000, offering no compensation. They constantly shift the blame to the Jordanian regulator, with whom they previously cooperated, and refuse to take responsibility. All the costs were dumped onto their clients. My account was a pension account, not a speculative one. I strongly recommend choosing a different broker.

Admiral Markets is the biggest scam of all scams, I deposited through them 100usd and I was stopped out at -20usd and I was told that my account has been disabled due to the fact that I didn't have enough money in my account it has been two weeks now begging for my money to be refunded to me, they are just a big scam all this negative review you see here do not neglect them because they are truth from clients that are just fed up by Admiral markets and I am also going to file a complain through to the FSCA of South Africa. Worst broker ever.

Very good broker but it's sad they removed the first daily commission free. You can't anymore invest little amount as the minimal commission is 1€. So for invest 10€ you already have 2€ (sell and buy comission (20%)) in less.

As previously confirmed, your welcome bonus was credited to your account and was used for trading, however since your result went down negative balance protection was triggered and trading was put on hold. Since currently your negative balance was compensated by us, you can continue using your account for trading.
Concerning your withdrawal request, it was sent to your bank account without any fees taken by Admirals. In the case of bank transfers, it is important to know that there are multiple parties involved (our bank, intermediary banks, and your bank), which may collect additional fees on their side.

I trade with admiral markets for years and never had a problem, withdrawal is on my credit card in few minutes, they call me regularly to check if everything is ok, only thing is that swap on gold is very high and also spread between days rapidly raise for few minutes, so if you do some small trades it could closed your trade in second, so beware of that, except that, I never had any problem with them for years, always kind, always helpful
