Adobe was so polite
Adobe was so polite, efficient and reliable! They were ready to pick me up right when I got off the flight, had an agent waiting at the counter with my name pulled up, car was just what I reserved and the return trip to LIR was just as smooth. Plus they were half the price of other companies! 10 Stars ⭐️

I was not impressed with adobe rental…
I was not impressed with adobe rental car service. Car was not in a good condition, car given Suzuki vitara was old and car was smelling bad inside . Agent was not very friendly during car registration and was trying to add additional driver by saying it’s free and upon reviewing the bill cost of additional driver was there , had to request the agent again to remove the additional charge. Once again Car condition was not great at all, car was old and smelling very bad inside . I would not recommend Adobe car rental service to anyone and would not return in future. Stick with American rental car companies like Enterprise or Alamo

Wonderful customer service, the car was clean and in good working order, everything was explained perfectly, pick up was efficient, drop-off was efficient. Somebody had recommended them to me and I’m going to recommend them to everybody.

During my booking process, the staff was helpful. The rental was reasonably priced and we picked up exactly what we had reserved. It was easy to locate personnel right outside of the airport and the shuttle came quickly. Upon arrival to the office, we were greeted by our own personal staff who had everything ready to go!

Amazing service and trustworthy!
Both the staff in Quepos and Alajeula were incredibly kind and communicative. They explained every charge (which was actually quite reasonable compared to the bigger chains), didn't pressure me into any add ons or purchases, were extremely helpful even when I couldn't find an Uber and had trouble making my way back to the hotel after drop off! I will always recommend this company and will use them next time I go to Costa Rica. Thank you for amazing service and being trustworthy!!

Great customer Service No Haggling
We didn't have a reservation and Luis helped us get out the door on a Sunday. We noticed most places in Costa Rica are closed on Sunday. He was very detail oriented,tranparent and helpful. When in Costa Rica DO NOT get a stick shift vehicle traffic can be horrible and the car was a little under powered for traveling uphill. Definetely use ADOBE RENT A CAR again.

My rental experience was excellent
My rental experience was excellent. After reading all the negative issues many people in car rental in Costa Rica I was skeptical. The pricing on the web site is accurate and logical. I knew what I was buying and why (additional liability insurance is mandatory in CR). The representative that delivered the car was very professional and knowledgeable. I had the car for about a month and it was picked up with the same care it was delivered. Great job all around. I highly recommend Adobe.
